Hello everyone, i'm kind of new here, hope you all welcome me to your big family. I'm rather in a hurry now, but if i had some time i'd make a better introduction of myself. Anyways, i've been looking into this stuff for a couple of weeks now, i've read different articles and seen videos, even downloaded some stuff that would help me to get it going. Few days ago, i found this amazing website and i've been looking around here, and one thing that i like about this place is that there are so many helpful people around here, so i thought that why not, maybe they can even help me! :) So i have this training plan/schedule, whatever you like to call it, i didn't make it, but the source where i got this or found seemed reliable so i thought i'd give it ago. But since i'm no proffessional at this, maybe some people who've done it for many months or even years can help a fellow member out and criticise this, give hints on what should i change and so on. I have already noticed, that all the people here do a warm-up for 10-15minutes, so that's one point why i'm abit worried and why i made this post. Anyways, please comment, give me some addional advice that i could use and hope you guys welcome me to your lovely family here! Cheers! :)
