hey to all vets and experienced PE'ers, Im in need of some motivation to spur me on
What were your results after you completed the 3 months beginners routine? Length x Girth

And what would your number one tip be for someone in our position? just starting out?

Taken from the first page of my "Beginners 90 Day Routine".

I wrote this routine back in 2004 after much research, trial and error and a few injuries. But these exercises and the supplements I recommend are still the way to go to increase length, girth, overall health and well being. Many men have reported great success with this routine. I will still go back and do this routine when I have taken an extended break from PE to recondition.
After this program, your penis will be well conditioned and ready for more advanced exercises.


This routine is designed to start you on your way to a longer and thicker penis. This will help you prevent injury, while teaching you the basics of penis exercises. This routine DOES work. These are the exercises I started with, on my way to gaining 2 1/4" in length and 1 1/2" in girth in just over 16 months of doing PE.. I still do these exercises as I have found them to be a great routine. JP

My number one tip would be; Start on a routine and stay with it. You WILL see results.

I gained 3 inches in length and 1 inch in girth in three months time. My advice: believe that it will happen. Don't go for the quick fix. Relax and give it each session its due. Spend 20 minutes warming up. Take it slow and easy. Enjoy the ride.

Slighty over .5 in length, no girth.

Dedication level medium low.

I have only been pe'ing for 3 weeks and I have gained 0.25" length and 0.1" girth so far.
These may be exact gains but I will make more accurate measurements next week which will be 1 month pe'ing.
Takes me about 30mins 2 days on/1 day off.

My BPEL gained 1/2 inch in 1 month.... but my NBPEL did not gain. Is that wierd?

First, whatever time that you are able to set aside for your Pe, stay focused on the task at hand. Second, don't limit yourself by reading what others have done or experienced. Also, be sure to eat a balanced diet (vitamins like omega 3, B12, etc.) and try to get good rest at night. Keeping a journal will help you troubleshoot any issues and when they start. Last, truly believe that with dedication and positive energy, you can gain more than your wildest dreams....good luck brother - keep us informed.

In 3 months of the beginner routine I gained about .5 in length, very little in girth, but got quite a bit harder so that it definitely seemed thicker.
