I used to do regular kegals for a whole month without any improvement. I learned about reverse kegals from this site and figured out that when I got an erection my PC muscle tense up. Now if you know your PC muscle tenses up when you cum. Your PC muscles should not be tense when you first start to masturbate/or have sex. If they do tense up when you first start to masturbate, this is a big problem. this could be the reason why you cum so fast. You have trained your PC muscles to cum immediately after you have had an erection. To fix this you need to do reverse kegals to relax your pc muscles.

I'm only trying to help you. Doing reverse kegels have helped me so MUCH. Also look at some of the arousal techniques from the other threads. They also have been helping me as well.

BTw. I suffered from PE for a long time and gave my GF her seconds G-spot orgasm with me.

It's definitely not that simple. But if your recognize your pc muscles tense up when you have an erection then you need to start doing RK and stop doing normal kegals.

I read some old threads and posts where people said normal kegals gave them no improvements. Some people even said that normal kegals made the situation worst.

Implications - This is the daddy. Read the thread above for a simpler heads up on what Pegasus is talking about, and once you get that, come here and learn some more.

In this thread I talk about balance. It is a granpa thread and much understanfing has flowed from it.

That is right, just one factor. I started my Pre E cure program around three months back. I am reading this forum and experimenting on my own, the thing I realized about me is that my Pre E is actually due to the way my body reacts to touch and sensation on my penis. Arousal is just one part. I exercise and observe every small thing that happens in my body, and I came to a conclusion that - the way my PC/BC muscle, penis shaft, and whole pelvic floor reacts to arousal and touch/sensation determines how fast I climb the ladder to orgasm. Over reaction causes too much of sensation and excitement. So I am practicing to train my body to not to react. Being totally unreactive inside your body, inside penis shaft, inner and around penis base, PC/BC muscles and whole pelvic floor to any touch and sensation on outer penis is what makes me last long. I managed to last for more than 30 mins many times during my exercises. Then it is hard and takes time to train the body to have same behavior subconsciously in any position in bed. I have 3 more months to complete my 6 month program, I will probably post a detailed post on what have been doing and what good it did.
