I know that some of you all workout with weights and other exercise methods as well......have you all noticed whether or not there are any adverse affects to doing your "regular" workout immediately after your PE workout? Since we're dealing with bloodflow in both cases, I wonder if we should wait for a while after doing a PE workout to do our regular workouts. Or, does it even matter.

Often times, I will turtle up just a bit when doing a strenuous weight workout or other workout where blood is going all through the muscles.

I was just giving a lot of thought to this the other day and it's a very important factor to keep in mind. In my experience, one of the best times to do your jelqs is about a half hour after your workout (especially after cardio) cause your cardiovascular system is all pumped up and primed for a great workout. However, I learned this week that one of the WORST things you can do after a PE workout is to immediately go hit the gym, which will seriously deprive your penis of much needed blood for recovery at such an important time.

It's funny you bring this up because I'm debating if I should go to the gym or PE right now.

I'm going to go to the gym, then shower and then PE when I'm all clean and warm. My blood will be flowing greatly throughout my body after a workout. Going into a steaming hot sauna is a great thing to do for blood flow after your gym work outs.

I agree that your cardiovascular system will be pumping more blood after your workout because your muscles need oxygen. I think you should wait a little longer than 30 minutes after your workout though, so that your muscles get all the oxygen they need, therefore more blood can be attributed to your penis and not your muscles.

I'm going to update you guys on how it went. I'm sure this will be a great gym and PE workout today.

I usually do my PE workouts very early in the morning--around 5:30am.....then later on in the afternoon, I'll do my regular weight or cardio workouts.

Now what about taking a body-building supplement that contains nitric oxide?

Since getting more and more serious about getting in shape, I have been looking into supplements and have learned that nitric oxide is supposed to aid the body in increasing blood flow, which helps with muscle recovery. It is also supposed to aid in increasing energy and mental focus [added benefits to increased blood flow?].

Taken responsibly it might help out alot.

What i have done in the past was go right from the gym and then go relax in my hot tub , and when i get out i would do my PE.
even before i started to PE i would go in my hot tub after work outs.

Recently I have been working out in the morning , taking an ICE bath and then having a warm shower and then at night i would go in my hot tub and PE , doing this i notice my muscles feel more relaxed the next day and im happy with the gains on my penis so I am going to continue with this
