I posted the other day in the beginner section but i'm not really a beginner. I've only been doing jelqing for a few weeks but my dick is pretty damn resistent to injury so i've been doing more than just a few minutes of jelqing at a time. Often I wet jelq for 30 minutes at a time. After that, i'm not even sore. I apply a good amount of pressure but no matter how much pressure i use it dosen't really hurt.

My flacid length is better but my erect length isn't yet...

So I usually warm up for like 7 minutes with a hot towel and then stretch for 15 minutes and then wet jelq for (up to) 30.

Anyway, is 30 minutes too much?

Also, can I clamp with a shoe string?

How many days a week do you do your routine? Do you have any pain or bruising from jelqing, red spots? How fast are your jelqing strokes? 30 minutes may or may not be too much for you, everyone's different. How are your PI's?

Flaccid length is generally an indicator that erect length gains will come - this does take time.

I wouldn't recommend clamping with a shoe string. You want to be able to take your clamp off quickly in case there are problems. I also don't believe you should be clamping after only a few weeks of PE.

I agree completely with Keido that everyone is different. HOWEVER, take it from someone who knows, I planned to take my 6-incher to a foot long in no time. I jumped ahead a little and had to take a break because I thought I might have had some nerve damage. Luckily, it appears I had just significantly overworked my guy. I am learning more as I go that LESS IS MORE. DEFINITELY--NO SHOE STRING. In a couple of months, you can get cost effective advice on clamping. But please, wait a while. Finish the 90-day routine. Then, maybe include clamping. By the way, what are your stats? Is girth or length (or both) your priority? I feel strongly in saying that you sound a lot like me. SOOO--with that being said, please finish conditioning your dick within reasonable limits. Time off is important to--maybe 2 days on, one off.

I'm doing like 3 days on - 1 day off right now. My dick came preconditioned for stress for whatever reason. I work it for 30 minutes no problem. I take maybe 3 seconds per stroke. I get erections quicker than I did before i think. I'm around 6" in length but would love to be 7". I don't know my girth. Length has seemed more imortant to me so far. I am willing to put in whatever time it takes to get results. I work out at the gym 5 days a week and have trouble getting significant gains there but really am even more concerned about getting gains here.
I just watched tv for about an hour and stretched my dick pretty hard almost the whole time i was watching (with breaks of course). I work hard at school (college, and i'm done physically growing for what it's worth), i work hard in the gym and i'm very willing to work hard at this. Just need direction. So tell me what you think.

Also in terms of pain or red spots, i'm not sure what people mean and that's probably because i don't really get them. When I jelq, my head fills with blood and becomes very bumpy but then it subsides as I bring my other hand to the shaft and begin the next stroke - it fills with blood again, becomes bumpy and the process continues. After i'm done my dick feels fine, it's slightly darker than it was before and looks a little bruised... but that fades quickly.

Try keeping your grip at the top held on while you grip at the base and start the stroke until the base grip hits about halfway shaft and then release the top grip. This may make your jelq more effective and you won't lose the glans pump. I'll set out the steps for this so it's more clear, that was quite the run-on sentence.

1) Grip at the base, begin the stroke towards your glans
2) Stop 1" below the glans, keep your grip held there
3) Grip with the other hand at the base and begin the stroke towards your glans
4) Halfway up the shaft release the top grip, continuing the stroke to 1" below your glans
5) repeat

I don't recommend stretching very hard - I think this is more prone to strengthening the tissues and makes you plateau faster. Try a lighter stretch held for longer periods (2-3 minutes per rep). Just enough to feel a comfortable stretch, you don't wanna tear your dick off.

Give these things a shot for two more weeks, at least, before worrying about going harder. After two weeks you can try a slower jelq (more than 3 seconds per rep) to up the intensity some. Really try to perfect your jelqing technique. If you don't have any changes in four weeks you may want to try a 5 on / 2 off schedule, see if that helps things out for you.

You may have a point ther on the stretching issue. It is PE that makes your dick grow but it could also be PE that stops the growth proccess as well. Follow the good quality jelq instruction Keido gace you and jelq slow! And you should do fine.

I've got my numbers...

I'm 5.75 length by 5.25 circumference

I don't know what is good but i definitely want longer.

My dick isn't plump after i jelq... it dosen't shrink either. Does this mean anything? Also, it's not very sore. Right when i start one of my 20 minute jelqing sessions it feels a little tender but that subsides quickly...

You don't need soreness to make gains. I've heard of a 'tinglyness' that should happen but I've never gotten that myself. I think plumpness post-workout is a good sign, but I don't get that lasting plumpness either. I'm not sure if this is an issue of jelqing technique or if there's some other reason for it. Do you do a kegel routine? I find that I get a better plumpness when I have a very strong pelvic floor.

I think right now your technique is fine and you just need to be patient and diligent to see results.

Some things you might wanna switch up to experiment and see if you get a lasting plumpness:
- Grips: V, U, Overhand OK, Underhand OK
- Where you focus the pressure on: top/bottom of penis or on the sides
- Erection level - 50-85% erection level is generally what I find gives me the best results. You may need more or less than that. Find your optimal level.
- Stroke times. I go for about 5 seconds, you may want to try longer strokes or shorter strokes to see what works best for you.
- Days on/off. I like your 3 on / 1 off well enough right now. In the future you may want to think about trying 5 on / 2 off or 6 on / 1 off.

The next time you do your session, try 10 minutes of jelqing with a lighter/moderate grip at about 75% erection. See if that gives you a pump. If it doesn't, you can continue jelqing, but I'd like you to report back your results from just 10 minutes of jelqing with a lighter grip.

I don't do a kegel routine as of now. I didn't think it would help with gains. I've been doing this for like 2 weeks but haven't measured until just today. I don't think i've gained much size yet (or any). I'll check again in 2 weeks and hope I made a small gain.

Also I do this... I fill my dick to like 80% erect and squeeze it at the base hard. I keep it squeezed like 30 seconds at a time do it like 5 or 6 times usually towards the end of my jelqing session. I put alot of pressure on a large area of the penis with that squeeze.

That's a pretty advanced exercise, called an Uli. You're not losing any EQ from all of this, 30 minutes of jelqing and 6 squeezes in just two weeks? I'm impressed. I think you should just stick with what you're doing for now, as long as your PI's are good, and see what gains you'll make from this. PE requires patience and consistency to work - don't get caught up in the mind set that you need to do more and more to see gains though. As long as your EQ is good, which you say it's actually improved since doing this, then I think the amount you're doing is OK.

Also, yes kegels will help with gains because of improved bloodflow and better EQ.

all good to hear. I did some jelqing a few years ago and my ligaments felt tight back then. But I only did it for like a month and didn't notice any gains. I started again a few weeks ago and I can stretch my dick pretty good and the ligs don't feel too tight for whatever reason. I can pump it full of alot of blood and it gets little bumps on the head and sometimes turns dark red but there isn't much discomfort. I exercise daily and eat lots of fruits and protein and all kinds of good stuff and my body feels pretty good. I'm actually in the process of trying to gain weight. I'm 5'10" 164lbs and want to get a little bigger so I exercise and eat alot. But whatever gains I make/have made in the gym i would gladly exchange for gains below the belt.
