Can you Kegel like you do you pc muscles with other parts of the body to either strengthen them or make yourself strong? If so what could go wrong? like could anything bad happen?
You could try, but I highly doubt any strength coming out of it. I don't know if it is a different type of muscle or what, but most of our body's muscles need added resistance to grow (weights).
I think a big part of kegeling in addition to strengthening the muscles down there, is to gain control over them.
You have to keep in mind that the pc and bc muscle are skeletal muscles. I don't know the science of this, but there is a big difference in different muscle types. Read the first post in the rubber band kegel thread.

Sounds like you are talking about "isometrics". Charles Atlas sold a program like that years and years (and years) ago. Seem to remember seeing adds for it in the back of comic books as a kid.
It IS a form of excersize, you could possibly gain some strength from it. But you're probably not gonna get "ripped" like you would from lifting iron...
