Hey all...
First let me say that I suffered from PE for several years and once it gets into your head, it's hard to shake. One lousy experience with one girl and form that point on I just kept beating myself up over it. The constant worry for each successive performance really took its toll. I knew there wasn't anything wrong with me physically (at least I was pretty certain). Anyway, lots of research led me to Aaron's book. Not that I wanted to make mine larger or anything, but I found exercising itself helped (and I know this will sound really weird) me feel stronger in that department. Like before I sort of felt weak in that area... not confident. Now I admit that I wasnt into it for growth (meaning length) and I didnt get into measurements, etc but I was just happy with the fact that the information sort of revitalized my "prized" muscle. lol I admire anyone who delves into this "taboo" area deep enough to help others. Bravo Aaron!
