After how long can you start clamping?

Can I start clamping when I finish my 90 day beginner routine?

I would think that you are ready to do some clamping, but do it with caution. To start you should clamp for a minute then release then clamp another minute. Clamping is something that you have to get use too, nothing you jump right into. What are you using for a clamp? Cable clamp are good to start with, which you can buy in Home Depot or Lowe's.

Jayhawk: It does if you do it wrong. You may want to start with the basic Uli before you jump into clamping. It's essentially the same thing except with your hands.

Actually I'm going to Uli for a while

I will only clamp after Uli's don't have any effect on me. Well there's the Double Uli and Uli jelq...

Doing Uli's is a good way to begin, also they will increase the size of your gland. Uli's and clamping increased the size of my penis shaft and gland.
