Ugh, what a lame way to end JP's 90-day routine

So I've recently finished up JP's routine, and about a week before the end, I jelqed a bit too hard and caused some major spots on the glans of my penis, so I took a few days, figuring that if I'd caused spots like this I should give my penis some time to rest. Like 4 or 5 days off and my flaccid begin to turtle more often, wasn't feeling as good, etc. I got back into it just in time to finish up the 90-day routine but it's sort of a disappointing way to finish it up. Anyway, it's done! And on a positive note, I've gone from 6" BPEL to a solid 6.75" BPEL, sometimes even hitting almost 7" BPEL on a really good day and when I'm super hard. I've had some decent girth gains as well. (All gains can be found in my log).

What do you think is a good place to go from here? Shall I continue the same routine to see if I continue to gain from it? Even though I went out on sort of a bad note, I can't deny the gains I've had over just three months. Or maybe I should look into adding some stuff, like an intermediate routine? Thoughts guys?

Tremendous gains so far mate, discounting the over-squeezing, this should be in the success stories! If you're still gaining with this program, i'd just continue in the same vein.

Continue with the JP routine and slowly start to experiment say 2 sessions a week with a new exercise for 5 mins just to get the technique down. Who knows you might come across a stretch that super kills your ligs or a squeeze thats imense for a certain area that your trying to even out or something.

But in general it's not worth changing up to much if you have a good program thats producing solid gains.
