I was wondering how do I measure my BPFSL right now I'm using a measuring tape for my BPEL . So ,do I also use the measuring tape for my BPFSL??? Since I know using a ruler you could lose a I think .5 INCH or more. I'm not using a ruler for any measurments. So I can be consisnt not mess up my stats. Does it matter which one I use?? I just want to make sure I'm diong it right. Thanks for your suggestions. Also I'm trying to do this right so I know if I should work on my smooth muscle or tuncia muscle based on the TGC theroy.
