As I posted in the above thread, today was the first time I've ever pulled my foreskin over my penis head (Took around 15/20 minutes to do then I had to go to A&E to get it back over :/ )
One thing I noticed was that the bottom of the head was quite severly bruised. Could this have been from the foreskin or as a result of overtraining? I'm asking this as I've yet to gain after months of PE - and I'm desperatly trying to find a sollution.
Any advice on either retracting the foreskin (Mine is ridiculously hard to do, I have to apply a fair bit of pressure after only a few mm) or the bruised penis head would be appreciated.
