Getting on this site ultimatepenis, it reminded my that what I and some of people here forget.
Basic goes a long way.
The geniality stands in simplicity.
In the case of Penis Enlargement, the geniality stands in basic exercises.
On the road to our idealpenis, we confuse basic exercises with poor effective exercises. This is way so many newbies and not only, go to hard, intense exercises. When they go to a harder exercise or at higher intensity they say to themselfs: this is not enought, I need a harder exercise. They aren't patient. This road ends in the best case, not geting gains and in worst case leads to injury.
As I took a few days break from PE, after I was geting exausted, today I got back my 'high penis state'-engourged-happy penis. I get in the shower, warmed-up my penis and did wet jelqs.
While jelqing I realized how effective is jelqing when your penis is in good shape and you use light-moderate grip.
As I was jelqing I realized that I go involuntary hard grip. But every time I got back on moderate-light grip.
These events lead to my 'enlightenment'.
P.S: hope it is permited to post links on this subforum.
