Tell me if what I'm doing is enough for a beginner, and when am I considered not a beginner anymore and what exercises should I add...

-warm up around 3 to 5 minutes with a hot towel that i dip in hot water

-i stretch right, left, up, and straight ahead and do 25 kegels each time. After each stretch i turn my penis clockwise and counter clockwise ten times. I also flip my penis about for 20 second (some people suggested this, I still don't know if I'm doing it right).

-300 OK jelqs

-180 V jelqs

then i take my bath

I usually work out after going to the gym and after sauna

My penis isn't really erect when I do the jelqs, is that ok?

Also, what's the best way to measure my penis? I see a lot measure flaccid and BPEL and BPEG, are these the best measurements? Thanks.

Your routine looks fine, although you seem to be doing quite a few more V-Jelqs than recommend on JP's 90 day routine. He actually recommends doing 3 x 20 V-Jelqs (60 in total) rather than 180.

It's my belief that the harder you start out, the harder you can make it for yourself in the future. By this, I mean that if you do 1000 jelqs from day one, 4,5,6 months down the line, you'll need to be doing a heck of a lot more to make any progress. It's better to start of slower with less reps and work your way up.

It's good that your penis isn't erect when you jelq. Higher erect jelqs will target girth more than length, so if length is your ultimate goal, I'd suggest you keep your erection levels low. I'd say around 20-40% would be perfect.

The best ways to measure? Well there are a number of ways and I use all of them.

BPEL - Get a ruler, press it into your groin firmly until it can't go in anymore, flatten your penis out (if it has a curve) and measure against the ruler.
NBPEL - I like to use a material tape measure which I rest along the top of my shaft. Start at the base and let it run up your shaft and drape over the tip.
Girth - Again, a cloth tape is the best. Measure around your base shaft, your mid-shaft and just behind your glans (I'm circumcised, so I use my circumcision scar).

This is my 11th month doing pe and i have progressed to only 250 Wet Jelqs and 150 V Jelqs .... Start off with low reps so that in a few months time you won't have to do as much as you would if you started off with your routine. The Jelqs and the V jelqs reps are pretty high for a beginner.I suggest you tone down the reps for both the Jelqs and the V jelqs.Start off with 50 Wet Jelqs and 30 v jelqs(Just my suggestion)and work your way up.It'll be better to start off low.You shouldn't be erect when doing the jelqs unless you are an advanced pe'er.It's safer to jelq with lower erection levels ranging anwhere from 30% to 60%(Preferably around 50%.It's considered ideal for both length and girth gains).Once you have been pe'ing for over 6 months then it's safe to do erect jelqs which work the smooth muscle and hence girth. The best way to measure penis would be BPEL.That's how i measure.

thank you both so much

it's good to know i'm not underexercising, I'll try and lower the jelq count

thank you and I hope I see some results in a couple months time (a half inch gain in length and girth would be nice i'd be 6.5" by 5.7" but i'm not sure if that's bone pressed)
