Started JonPop's beginner session...

I found out that i have a 6:00 LOT (hard gains!), but i'm willing to work hard.

Warm-Up
- Took a shower in warm/hot water
- After my shower, i started the kegels and helicopter spins
- Stretched all sides gently because this is my first session

Workout
- I did wet jelqs (35)
Note: i would have done more but i was getting frustrated because i kept getting erect.
- I tried the "V" Jelqs, but i believe i am doing them wrong. (10)

Post Workout
- After the session was over, my penis was hanging a little more than usual.
- However, i had some turtling when i got up to do my cool down.

Cool Down
- Placed unit in a cup with hot water for about 3 or 4 minutes.



Starting Stats:
BPFL: 3.5"
FG: 4.25"
BPEL: 6"
EG: 5.25"

- Shower (15m)
- Stretches w/ helicopter swirl in between sets (5 seconds)
- Right - 1 x 30 Seconds 1 x 20 Seconds
- Left - 1 x 30 Seconds 1 x 20 Seconds
- Up - 1 x 30 Seconds 1 x 20 Seconds
- Down - 1 x 30 Seconds 1 x 20 Seconds
- Out - 1 x 30 Seconds 1 x 20 Seconds

Workout
- None

Cool Down
- 2 Minutes in hot/warm water


Day 2
- Trying not to over train
- Decided to do stretches today
- I'll do 200 kegels (holding for 3 seconds) throughout the day
- I noticed that my unit had some added hang this morning
- Today, after stretching exercises, it seems to be relatively normal

Interesting. How long was your cool down? What method of cooling did you use?

Iguana, i didn't do any cooling. The cool down is actually a warm down.

I placed my unit in hot/warm water for 3-4 minutes.

Since the water gets warm around minute two, i am contemplating switching to the wash cloth technique. I believe that would be more effective.

Been trying the "Cool" down myself. Seems to make the flaccid hang, uh...stick around longer.

The evidence points to an actual cool down, as opposed to a warm down, to being more effective in elongating the tissues.

Iguana, thanks for the tip.

I'll have to incorporate that into my routine.

After two sessions of PE, i notice that my penis appears to be hanging more. Let's hope that isn't my mind playing tricks on me. :)

- Kept fluctuating erection levels
- Fairly good session

Cool Down
- Streches (all sides) 1 x 30 seconds
- Wash cloth technique (5 minutes) cold water

Analysis
- Feel nice and loose

Questions
- How often should i be stretching?
- Do i need to warm up (wash cloth) before stretching?

Good to hear that's working for you. I'm quite certain it's not mind tricks!

I've been taking Jonpop's advice on stretching throughout the day.

Today i stretched about three to four times.

After my stretching sessions, i cement my gains with cold water.

- I did a lot of stretching yesterday
- Didn't do a workout
- Cemented gains with cold water
- I felt that i was hanging more than usual throughout the day

- My girlfriend came over and i suspect that my penis was fatigued (?) because after i ejaculated once i couldn't get up again
- She looked rather disappointed, and i was shocked because i can usually get up after ejaculation very quickly
- Plus, i didn't have any ejaculatory control

- Took L-Arginine before bed (3g) + Multi Vitamin



25 April 2008

- Woke up with the hardest erection i've ever had
- I put it between my girlfriends legs and said, "this should make up for last night"
- I had complete ejaculatory control
- I was throbbing
- Sperm volume was low and dribbled out :(

Will post results from my workout later on today

Notes

- Increased intensity of stretches today

Notes
- Felt that my flaccid hang increased after taking L-Arginine and L-Lysine last night before bed
- EQ felt stronger today
- 3g L-Arginine & 1g L-Lysine

Stretches
- 2 x 10 (crankin' the wheel)
- Stretching all directions for 20 second intervals for about 25 minutes

After six days of PE, i feel a heavier hang but my erections are scarce. I do NOT get morning woods.

I haven't seen any negative PI indicators. Next week i am upping the workouts and stretching intensity.

I'm due for a measurement tomorrow morning!

- Been trying to drink large amounts of water
- Penis appears to be hanging more / turtling less
- Need a straight edge ruler!

Workout
- Jonpop's newbie stretching routine
- 50 Wet Jelqs
- 40 V Jelqs

Warm Down
- Wash cloth (hot) for 5 minutes

Cool down
- Put a cube of ice on my cock until melted
- I did manual stretching while applying the ice so i wouldn't turtle

Notes
- Flaccid hang seemed to stay even AFTER i lifted weights (in the gym)
- The weather got chilly today and i didn't turtle


New Measurements

BPFL: 10.1cm (4" in)
FG: 11cm (4.3" in)
BPEL: 15.5cm (6.1" in)
EG: 14cm (5.5" in)


Starting Stats:

BPFL: 3.5"
FG: 4.25"
BPEL: 6"
EG: 5.25"


I'd like to say a couple things:
1. I probably didn't measure right in the beginning.
2. I know for sure my bpfl has grown, but not .5" inches. I didn't press the tape all the way into the hollow above my penis.
3. BPEL is correct.
4. FG should be correct.
5. EG looks a little sketchy.

Okay guys, you have permission to kick me in the balls multiple times. I have been busy lately (excuse) with exams and haven't been able to do my exercises.

I did experience some pain while stretching (excuse) on my last exercise day. However, i am getting back in the saddle tomorrow. If i don't you have permission to kick me in the balls multiple times again. I'm deeply saddened because i just saw a picture of DICKZILLA (BTC's 7" girth)!!! I want to stay with it because some day i will be walking around with a 6" hang.


I'm still getting rock hard erections though (that's a plus). :D
