1) warm up before and if you wish during your sets, with a rice sock.
2) Turteling is no problem unless it stays that way for an extended period of time.
3) that depends on the person, some see gains within weeks, others need a few months depending on how tight their ligement structure is.
4) I would not do a regular edging routine with hanging, so no. Light jelquing after all sets are done for the day is fine and 10 minutes or so is enough.
