hi guys!
one of the problems i have encountered (and probably most of you) with pe devices is that, although they are effective, it is quite hard for us to wear them for the specified period of time (8-10 h a day).
so, it all comes to the ideea of confort, because in my view, all of them that produce traction will work.
question is : CAN you really wear them day in day out for 8 hours?
i myself can't. So i found some German site , phallosan.de/com which proposes instead of the silicon loop a sort of vacuum-producing condom which is supposed to prevent your cock to slip out during traction, and provide tendion applied to the entire shaft.

my question to you: has anyone used this one? is it wearable? what do you think?
