Hey Everyone!

I want to thank you guy for pointing me towards Kegals. I already tell a difference in my erections. my staying power hasn't changed much but I'm sure that will come next.

anyways I was wondering is it normal to have a erection and the glan will still be deflated? it doesn't happen all the time but most of it. usually if I jelq it will full up but then it will deflate again.

does any know what I should do to improve this?

Ice: Has this always happened or is it a recent thing?

It might be because your glans aren't getting enough blood flow.

actually, mine tends to be like that too. always has been to some extent. i never thought of it as deflated, but i'll often get boners where it's like my corpora cavernosas are 95% full and my glans and corpus spongiosum are only like 50% full; sometimes less. It's never alarmed me; i just always kind of thought about it as one of the quirks of my body. if i could change it so that my spongiosum and glans were a lot fuller with all of my erections i would though.

Ice: If it is a blood flow problem, then yes Kegels will help. But it may be something else. Anatomically speaking, your penis is broken into three chambers. The bottom chamber (the CS) connects to your glans. The next time you get an erection, try rubbing on your bottom chamber. You may notice that the bottom chamber isn't nearly as hard as the top two chambers (the CCs).

The soft glans may be normal for some guys, but I'm not sure. As Beaver points out, it happens to him too. It's happened to me occasionally as well--usually when my penis isn't rock hard--that's why I think it might be caused by poor blood flow.

Either way, the glans are naturally suppose to be hard. In fact, there's a ligament in the glans (the distal ligament) that makes the penis hard enough to penetrate the vagina for sex.

My advice: Really focus on your Kegels for a few weeks (but don't overtrain with them).

I would not worry about glans being full if it does not happen all the time.
As Remek says it is related to blood flow and sexual excitement issue.
The advantage you will have is that during sexual intercourse you are likely to stay much longer. Stiffness of the corpora will be enough for you to continue until excitement reaches to a level when glans starts to swell as well.

I have noticed the above since I started PE 3 weeks ago. It did not happen before now glans is not full all the time but it does in due course during sex. It does during jelking and sometimes during kegelling.

I did not worry about it because overall there was big improvement in erection and stamina. Do not forget that by a lot of touching, stretching and jelking you are desensitizing the nerve endings on the penis skin. This is not necessary a bad thing. People use delaying sprays and creams to numb the skin to stay longer.

May be when you are PEing try not to directly touch glans a lot, I know temptation often is. You can do many exercises without rubbing your glans. Continue KEGELLING and KEGELLING.
