Dear Remek
I have been visiting your site over last two weeks. In fact I have heard about the exercises only over last two weeks. I have not started exercises yet. I am still trying to learn and understand these fully before I start. I think in last two weeks I have become convinced that the exercises are worth trying and I hope they will work for me. I am 53 year old but I look far more younger then my age. People guess that I must be in my mid or late thirties. I am sexually quite active but not satisfied with my size.
Your site is Great and I am sure it has helped a lots of people.

Im no remek but I just started... if you want... you can look over my progress report in the progress forum... I am happy with my progress and hopefully you will be happy with urs when u start too : D

Soody: Welcome to the Gym! Glad you could find the information useful.

I saw in your other post that you referenced general fitness and gym exercising. A lot of the same principles apply to PE, and if you use these principles along with sound judgment you should do fine. If not, we're always here to answer your questions :) Good luck.

Hi everone there.
I have newly joined your site.
I have decided after a thorough search that I am going for PE.
I am 53 year old. It is after many many years that I have measured not realizing that I have developed since late teens without being aware of it.
Hence I can see the wisdom of keeping the actual measures before starting PE rather than going by your feel and measuring the same way all the time.

Flaccid Length = 4'' & Girth = 3.5'' Volume = 3.90 Cubic inches
Erect Length = 6'' & Girth = 4.5'' Volume = 9.66 Cubic inches

Goal Erect L x G = 8'' x 6''

I will again thoroughly read the PE instructions over next two days and start PE from the coming Sunday.

Good luck with your routine! If I may offer a suggestion: Try the modified newbie routine in this forum for the first two weeks. Thereafter, instead of taking a break move onto the routine on the main site for the next 4 to 5 weeks.
