This will be my journal to get to 9 BP or 10 BPSFL, whichever comes first. I will be using the Hardcore Bib Starter to hang heavy and the Vac-Hanger as an ADS. My Goal is to hang for 120 minutes a day and wear the ADS at 1-2 lbs. tension for at least 4 hours a day. Of course, I will at times back off and pile on; I'm not new to this game and will be paying close attention so I will not injure myself.

I will document everything to the best of my abilities, please do not hesitate suggesting improvements, I'm not promising the world but would like to contribute something worthwhile that can withstand scrutiny.

I cannot stand to measure and am certainly not a photographer, but I have provided two BPSFL pictures. They are not the best, my wife and I had a hell of a time getting these 2 out of 50 or so. :) My hope is that I will later have these to show comparison shots.

Total Hanging Time 1204 Min.
Total ADS Time 2157 Min.
Start Max Weight 15 lbs.
Current Max Weight 15 lbs.

I thought I was going to have to increase weight today, the fifteen pounds seemed light yesterday. This indicated to me that I went through a limiting factor.

Upon awakening this morning and starting my first set of hanging I decided to try the 15 lbs. and if it felt like I could increase, then I would. Obviously, I have more LF's that do not require any additional weight; I could in fact drop the weight interesting enough.

It is a great accomplishment feeling and becoming aware of any limitng factors failing. Confirmation that work is being done is important and becoming aware of internal stress is something all PE'rs should strive to accomplish.

Thank you kindly, beaver. I'm pushing this time and not taking no for an answer.

I've been watching you, you're doing great.
