Q. I have a question, In order to keep my EQ high during the erect keggels [sic] I continue to stimulate myself as if I was masturbating at half pace…

The problem is that when I then move on to the start stop part of the training, I feel at times I am overly aroused and make it difficult at times to go the 20 minutes without releasing. I have found that with me semen retention has helped me to a degree.

What can I do either to increase and maintain higher EQ during kegels but not affect me during start stops? Visualizations just don’t do it for me.

Al: It would be OK for you to rest for a few minutes to allow the arousal to dissipate somewhat. You’ll still want to be warmed from the previous exercises to induce maximum tissue stretch, so you should do your best to not exceed 5 minutes- at least without rewarming. Experiment with this to see what’s optimal for you. You can also give your glans a firm but not painful pinch to reduce the urge to ejaculate.

Q. Is it alright if I perform the Master Your Orgasms exercise on its own…

…instead of during the Stop and Starts?

Al: Optimally, these should be performed during the Stop and Starts, but if you wanted to perform the Master Your Orgasms exercise only you can do so every few sessions instead of the Stop and Starts. I wouldn’t make it the mainstay of your stamina requirements, though.

Q. I like to measure right at the peak of my pumping instead of when I warm up…

Does this count as a valid measurement?

Al: If you’re measuring at a particular size and getting a specific reading, then that’s your true size. You can use whatever metric you like to measure- as long as it’s consistent.
