I have been silently working here for almost 2 years. And I went from 6.75 to a little over 8. I experiment randomly with several different methods that are popular here to try to make muscle confusion sort of like sprinting and walking sprinting and walking sprinting and walking. Up from 5.5 girth to 6 girth. It’s not a fast process it’s going to take a while and commitment from anyone. So either way that you think about it you just have to keep pushing forward and you will eventually reach your goal. Basically what I am saying is it is not a Sprint, it is a marathon. First half inch took me over 6 months, but that’s because I wasn’t doing it right. After registering here 10 months ago, I’ve gained just over an inch in erect length (total gain 1.6 inches so far) and a full inch in girth. It took me about 3-4 months… I change up the routine a bit to try and “Confuse” the muscles… I use the extender pro for about 4 hrs a day, jelq for 5-10 mins and hand 3 times a week with a sock hanger with 10 lbs for 10 mins for 3 sets when I have time… I also do some basic stretching.. Warm up is for 5 mins with a heat pack ~ hm42

After consulting my logs (no pun intended), I can see that I gained my first 1/2-inch of length in about 5 months. The specifics of my routine changed frequently in the early months, based on my response to the exercises as I tried to find my “goldilocks zone” for intensity. However, I think the exercises that contributed the most towards my gains were simple stretching and jelqing, and to a lesser extent edging with some ulis thrown in. I’ve never used any PE devices, so I can’t vouch for them personally. Based on the reading I’ve done, I’m sure they have merit if properly used, I just haven’t bothered with them. ~ Sequoia Tree

Big Al:  The human mind has a very large range.  On the low end of the emotional spectrum we can wallow in fear and self-loathing.  As we rise through the emotional spectrum we ascend through the emotions of courage, reason, and peace/proficiency.  The path to the higher emotional states comes through utilizing your mind and by mastering yourself.  You alluded to performing at the level of animality.  As a man, you can develop yourself to go far above what you’ve be able to do without proper training and conditioning.  If you automatically see yourself as weak and leave yourself to the mercy of your lower mind, it’ll be difficult for you to improve your situation.  Focus on developing your courage and make the attempt at being objective about your performance and you’ll be able to condition yourself through training and by confidently undertaking real life experiences.

Q. What effect does coffee have on erections?…

…  I find when I drink a large coffee I get jittery and tend to turtle pretty hard.

Big Al:  Your reaction would depend on your tolerance to caffeine.

Small doses of caffeine may actually have a beneficial effect on erections. When excess is consumed and side effects like jitteriness is observed, vasoconstriction is induced.  This can have a negative effect on erections.

…Distractions then frustration kicks in and I just lose all hardness. I get bored very easily too. Is there something I can do to make my training sessions better?

Big Al: If you want to MAXIMIZE your male enhancement training gains here’s the most essential advice:

First, your mind state- male enhancement training does NOT work well when you engage negative emotions like fear or self-loathing. The penis doesn’t operate well under negative emotional conditions. When you begin your exercises clear your mind. Sometimes picturing a field of white light can be useful. Focus solely on the tactile sensations you’re inducing. At the same time attempt to emote a feeling of confidence and being unencumbered. Inducing [at least] a neutral mind state so you can focus on emoting confidence and a feeling of being unencumbered will maximize your immediate EQ. If your mind starts to drift then take a deep breath and mentally re-center yourself.

Second, make it a goal over time to raise your EQ as high as possible- even beyond the levels needed for proficiency in sexual performance. The higher your EQ, the more tissue expansion you’ll get. At the very least you’ll need to keep increasing your EQ in the same proportion as your size gains in order to merely maintain the same level of functioning.

Third, log all of your training details so you’ll ensure regular reviews and ask questions when you have them. While I review all active standard client
journals every few weeks, I can review your journal at anytime. Keep a log also makes you accountable.
As far as boredom- remember why you’re training in the first place. Develop the mental discipline to understand that work is required for progress. Also understand that training time is “you” time. Learn to train distraction-free and love your training. If you repeat the habit often enough you’ll develop the necessary discipline to train successfully.

This is something which may take some getting used to but once you turn the corner on this procedure you’ll realize the great benefits to be had.

Intensity vs Duration & the Timing of Sexual Stamina Exercises: Ask the Experts

Q. What’s the relationship between more intensity and more time under stretch?…

… Isn’t it the same as long as I perform enough reps?  What’s the difference between a hard, short stretch and a long, light one? 

Big Al: Intensity equals force, while volume equals time.  Regarding efficiency (but not necessarily effectiveness) the equation is one sided towards intensity- for example, you can get a greater total load with lighter weight and more time than you can with the inverse, but the effect on the tissues isn’t necessarily improved by doing so.  Using lighter tension requires a disproportional amount of time on order to note growth, and not everyone responds to such methods.  This is why we tend to stress higher intensity modes over higher volume- due to the efficiency and (normally)  greater rate of gains seen with higher intensity methods. That being said, neither extreme is necessarily more effective.  The typical point of maximum growth usually trends towards more but not absolute intensity.

An example: a workout where you hang for 10 minutes with 1 lb is NOT going to possess the same quality as a workout where you hang with 10 lbs for 1 minute.  An even easier example: you might be able to lift 100 lbs for 10 repetitions of an exercise, but that doesn’t mean you can lift 1000 lbs for 1 repetition.  Given the previous numbers you may be able to lift only ~120 lbs for 1 repetition.

Q. Why can’t I perform the stamina exercises when I’m fresh…

…instead of towards the end of my routine?  It seems I’d be able to do more reps of the Kegel and get more time in the Stop and Starts that way. 

Big Al: The challenges you outline are deliberate with sexual stamina exercises.  For one, it’s to be expected there’ll be difficulties in learning to perform stamina work without any stimuli beside the tactile and your emotional visualizations.  It may take a few weeks for you to adjust, but once the transition is made the changes in your abilities will be notable.

Second, the sexual stamina exercises performed at the end of the enlargement work has itself two main functions.  Because you’re pre-stretching the tissues of the penis with more traditional enlargement exercises, the stamina exercises will take on a whole new level of quality and they themselves will become more effective towards enlargement. As you can see, this format is meant to cause a type of cascade effect on purpose.

The other function is if you can train yourself to perform a successful stamina session after enlargement work, your sexual performance when your fresh will be that much more enhanced.

Thinking I may have found a new running buddy, I asked her about her run schedule, and she answered that she runs every single day. I said, “EVERY day?” and it led to a long conversation about the importance of rest days.

Which led me to my post today.
