HOW TO MEASURE
Before beginning any type of training, please refer to the Disclaimer.
It’s VITAL you make sure you measure all of your stats under as identical of conditions as you can manage. Measuring under different scenarios or using variable techniques from assessment to assessment will very likely skew the results. Consistency is important if you with to ensure you can properly measure your gains.
Measuring length- The are two main ways of assessing penis length. The most popular is the “Bone Pressed” method of measuring, which is performed as follows:
Using an implement (ruler, tape measure, piece of string, etc.) that can rest along the curve of the penis, take one end of the implement and rest it atop your fully erect penis while pressing it firmly into the base of your pubis. Measure all the way to the end of the glans.
Another popular method of measuring that’s good for measuring “on the fly” is the “BPFSL” or Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length method. This is done in much the same way as described for the Bone Pressed method outlined above except your penis can be measured flaccid. You’ll need to stretch your penis out to its maximum WITHOUT incurring any pain. Measuring with your penis pointed in a downwards direction should give you the best results. This method of measuring is roughly accurate to within ½ inch of the standard Bone Pressed erect measurement.
Measuring girth: Using a piece of string or flexible tape measure, measure the circumference of your erect penis around the mid-shaft or the thickest portion. For obvious reasons, you must measure your girth with a full erection.
You should measure your length and girth once every two weeks. Measuring more often might not allow you enough time to note changes. it can also cause undue performance anxiety to measure too often. Measuring less often than every two weeks won’t allow you to properly gauge whether or not a routine is working for you.
