So, I've been trying to get into a routine but I haven't been constant and just kept giving up. However this time I actually want to be constant and actually get some gains! So I've been doing this routine (down below) tell me your thoughts on it, every opinion counts!
Just 1 time a day (In the morning)
Warm up
----------
5 minutes in bath tub
Stretches
-----------
20 seconds straight
20 seconds right
20 seconds up
20 seconds left
20 seconds down
Repeat once.
Jelqs
------
50 One handed jelqs
30 second break
50 One handed jelqs
= 100 jelqs
Cool down
------------
5-10 minutes in bath tub
1. Should I keep this routine?
2. Should I add more jelqs after a week?
3. Should I do 2/1 days?
4. Should I do more than 1 time a day?
5. Should I add anything in between?
