🎯Hanging 5.5lbs for 1 hour[1st set]50Min [2nd set]

📌SR starts tommorrow 🙏

🎯Cardio day#5[45min & been doing fasting 16-8 too]

Have been fasting since last sunday.Have been having a relatively clean diet.Cut out alcohol,fast food too.

Adding 5minutes of cardio per day.Tommorrow is 50minutes.

❌SR day failed[Hooked up with the Ex]
✅Cardio day #6 completed

Today will try to do 55min cardio.
Fasting stays on [16/8]

❌️ Cardio [ didnt do felt like resting]
✅️ fasted for around 19.5hrs

✅️Break from fasting today.To not let body to be used to fasting.

⚠️Been taping glands & Feel more better when hanging.

Even during sleep.
Just a old silcon sleeve cut to fit the base of Penis.
Flaccid is looking good

We are on similar paths.

If you have a spare silicone sleeve long enough, try wearing for a few hours after you hang.

Ideally, one long enough to go from the base to your glans. Then use your band at night.

Looks like your doing well with the routine

1st set-70M [cool down hot towel for 2-3 min]

2nd set-60M [Used heat during hanging using a heat pack wrapped with thin cloth.Place it during the first 40-45min for 1 to 2min and place it whenever i feel like it,last 15 min be cold hanging no heat.This will be my new protocol]

3rd set-45M [Heat wasnt enough.Set 2 heat was good.May do a 4th set just cold without heat]

4th set-25M [No heat]

5th set-20m[No heat]

Total this week [5 days left]
7.61 Hours/457 Minutes

Total hang time (Overall)
36.25Hours/2175 Minutes

Cardio day#12 [Done 30M]

Will do more heat hanging sets.

Trying to hit around 20hours of hanging this week if time & fatigue permits.

Have u hanged with heat?

I saw a post on thundersplace by 5. 5 squared.

Dude has decon breaks,systemic approach

and it seem worth trying
especially with me not wanting to increase weights too quickly.
