Yes most women will probably prefer a dick that's thicker than average to one that's thinner than average, but there comes a point where it's just too thick. This point will vary from woman to woman. There are going to be some women who can happily handle (say) 7" girth but they're going to be few and far between.

During childbirth, the vagina expands to let the child out.Her body knows how big her child is, and expands likewise.During sex, it might accommodate a 6 in girth tops.Any more might cause tears.

I do however think that even at 6" EG that at that size you would be on the threshold of being too big for more than a few women. 5.5 to 5.75 is probably the most ideal for the majority IMO.

I think a lot of women start to struggle with anything girthier than 6", never mind 6.75"...of course it's a numbers game, no matter how big you get you'll be able to find a woman who can cope with it if you look hard enough, but as you get bigger and bigger those women will get rarer and rarer.

And I'm not sure about your assertion that "any sexually active woman could take a 7" girth". I think a lot of women would refuse point blank to start with. I got turned down once for being too big, and that was before I started PE (though perhaps it was more my length than my girth that put her off, I dunno).

TBH a 7" girth is going to look amazing, and feel amazing in your or anyone else's hand, but I think for most women - assuming they were willing to attempt sex in the first place - you'd be limited to very gentle, not very long sessions every few days. I love being able to really go for it and I love being able to do it very frequently, which is why I've stopped working on increasing my size altogether.

Going for girth greater than 6 is extreme, and beyond 7 is just strange or rather crazy, I mean even ladies do get sore at 5.5 why go for that much? Guys be realistic with what you wish for....I do not wish for a sex free life due to size limitations.

Alright... all those quotes are from the same six-page thread. I've read countless other comments in other forums (here and elsewhere) saying basically the same thing about girth limitations.

Now, on to my back-story:

I lost my virginity when I was 14 to a 16-year-old who had had a couple of other partners. After she commented on my large size, I decided to measure my penis for the first time when I got home. Being a 14-year-old it didn't occur to me to measure my girth, I just measured my length. I'm about 8". Maybe 7.8" or 7.9". I also remember looking up statistics online and finding out that I was at least in the 95th percentile, maybe higher.

Since my stupid horny-14-year-old shenanigans I've only had three serious relationships and one fling, and I'm still in a relationship with the woman I've been with for nearly 8 years now, so I've only had 5 partners. I can confidently say that they all enjoyed sex with me and never struggled to accommodate my girth, although my length was a minor issue for a couple of them, but only if I went too deep in certain "flexible" positions. Every partner I've had has commented on my size being enjoyable - I've always made it a point to never bring up the subject myself so I'm quite certain the comments were all genuine.

So from age 14 to age 28 (now) I knew that I had about an 8" penis which all of my past partners clearly enjoyed and my current partner enjoys very much as well. Therefore I never really bothered to research anything related to penis enlargement. Many years ago (I'd say in my late teens or early twenties) I saw adds for pills, extenders, and all kinds of "magical secrets that would add inches overnight". I researched a few of these things very briefly, and quickly concluded that all penis enlargement was total BS and just scams.

Then recently I stumbled upon an add for the Bathmate and started researching it purely out of curiosity. To my surprise, people in all different forums not affiliated with the product were actually reporting positive and definite results, and it seemed that the product was relatively safe to use as long as you didn't overdo it. I knew I didn't really need any penis enlargement... but of course I still became curious to try out one of these devices just to "see for myself if it really works". So I started researching the various models and sizes that Bathmate offers, and quickly realized that I only knew my length and would obviously need a girth measurement as well to figure out what size I would have to get.

I got one of those flexible cloth measuring tapes for sewing or whatever and measured around my penis: 7".

Lengthwise I would fit in all of them... girth-wise I would TECHNICALLY fit in the Hydromax x40 but I'd have no room to grow... so the Goliath is the only one that I would fit into girth-wise, despite it being MUCH longer than I'd need. I really had no idea my girth was statistically much more rare than my length until very recently...

So depending on the study, my length is in the 95th-99th percentile, but evidently my girth is completely "off the charts".

Upon learning this fact I measured myself a few more times just to make sure I wasn't crazy, and then became concerned about potentially damaging my future sex life if I explore using a bathmate at all, considering most reviews say it typically adds more girth than it does length.

However, as I said, none of my partners really had any trouble with my girth and they all seemed to really enjoy it, even though my length did cause discomfort for a few of them on occasion when I would go to deep at the wrong angle. Even my high-school girlfriend who was a virgin when we started dating didn't really have any trouble after the first time. There were plenty of times we had sex without any foreplay at all to speak of - quickies during lunch breaks or whatever, and even so it didn't usually take me very long to enter her without any pain on her part at all.

With my current girlfriend it's the same way. She didn't have any trouble when we first started dating and she still doesn't now. Sometimes we have a lot of foreplay, other times not as much. Even without foreplay it typically doesn't take me more than 10-15 seconds to fully enter her (without any pain or discomfort on her part). If anything does cause her pain it's the rare occasion when I accidentally go too deep before she's aroused enough, but the girth has never been an issue for her at all. We even had a dildo a few years ago which was definitely a little wider than I am. I didn't measure it at the time but I'd estimate it was about 7.5" in girth. We used it semi-frequently when we had it and although she couldn't take all the length (I think it was 9" or 10"), she had no issue with the girth and really seemed to enjoy it a lot.

So I know that if I get a bathmate and actually gain some girth I could still be comfortable and pleasurable to my current partner, but I have to be realistic - What if I go down this road and actually gain some girth, and then my relationship doesn't work out. Could I potentially be too big (girth-wise) for most women to enjoy without pain or discomfort?

All the quotes at the beginning of this post would suggest yes. However, they all basically claim that even my current girth is way too big for most women to handle and would either cause a pain or discomfort... and the fact is that in my personal experience this simply hasn't been true at all. Just for the sake of my own credibility here, I'll say that the biggest turn-on for me during sex is when my partner is truly enjoying it... I don't really focus directly on pleasuring myself during sex that much; rather, I've learned that I feel the most intense pleasure when I can see/hear/sense/etc that my partner is REALLY enjoying it. I'm not trying to boast or anything - I'm just trying to make it clear that I feel quite certain I'd know if any of my partners had experienced any pain or discomfort during sex.

So... needless to say I'm confused. Almost everywhere I look people are saying that most women would find a girth of 6" or more to be uncomfortable, and that a 7" girth is ridiculous and would be either impossible or painful, but literally 100% of my personal experiences contradict these claims entirely. Granted I've only been with 5 women which I know isn't a lot, but that's why I'm looking here for more opinions.

I'd venture to guess that based on the statistics, very few women have even experienced a girth of more than 6.25", so the vast majority of women actually have no idea what a 7" girth feels like. Perhaps people just assume that it would be uncomfortable or painful since it's so rare, but as I said, in my experience my less-rare length has caused more issues than my very-rare girth has.

Then it occurred to me that I could perhaps get much more accurate opinions from women regarding girth by reading reviews of large dildos, particularly ones with a lot of girth, simply because it's easy to find out the exact dimensions of a dildo online. I looked at reviews of dildos with between 7.25" and 8" in girth on several different sites (basically the girth range I could expect to achieve with a bathmate depending on how long I use it for), and the vast majority of them were very positive. Women would write they really enjoyed the dildos even if it took a little for them to stretch out and accommodate the girth, men would write that their wives really enjoyed them, there were even many comments about "the most intense orgasms ever"... Of course there was the occasional review where someone wrote that the toy was simply too big and either couldn't be used or was uncomfortable or painful.

Of course the problem with this research is that women (or men) who go out of their way to look for abnormally large dildos probably enjoy that kind of thing, so reviews are not necessarily going to reflect how an "average woman" would feel about 7.25"-8" of girth.

There are guys on here that evidently have goals of becoming 9" or 10" long, and frankly I wouldn't want that - even my 8" in length has caused problems at times. My 7" girth on the other hand, despite what people seem to say all over the internet, really hasn't caused any problems at all and has been quite pleasurable to all my partners.

So, finally, let me ask the ladies here a few questions:

Have you ever been with a partner who's girth was uncomfortable or painful?

Have you ever been with a partner who's length was uncomfortable or painful?

If so, do you know the exact girth and/or length that caused you discomfort or pain?

Have you ever been with a partner or used a dildo who/which was 7" of girth or more? If so, how did it feel? Was it enjoyable? Uncomfortable? Painful?

It seems to me that a lot of women have actually experienced their "length limit", because there are enough 8" or 9" penises out there that a lot of women have experienced discomfort or pain from a penis going too deep and hitting their cervix, but my instinct tells me that most women probably haven't really experienced any kind of "girth limit", and that all the claims that 6.5" or 7" in girth would be "way too much to handle" probably simply stem from the fact that 99.9% of women haven't experienced anything like this (dildos aside), so they just assume it would be uncomfortable or painful.

So ladies, I'm looking for opinions from women who've actually had experiences with "too much girth", or more than 7" of girth. If you've never actually experienced girth that was uncomfortable and/or painful and/or 7" or more, please don't just arbitrarily guess what you think your girth limit would or should be if you've never actually experienced it.

there's rarely a true 6+ inch natural girth person to join pegym that has backed it up, hardly anyone here has gotten much further than 6 even with penis enlargement ... nothing close to 7 mid shaft girth. Even in porn there's likely only one star with girth that is around 7, probably not 7 mid shaft though (diesel) ...

The short answer to this in my experience is no. At least in terms of 7" girth.

Anyone else who doubt that this guy's girth would be the second largest girth in porn? As he said.. it's off the chart.. I would really like some picture to backup his 7" girth claim. The largest girth and the most impressive girth I've seen on this forum is DennyA's and bengg's right. DennyA got the largest which ranges from 6.25" - 6.5" (atleast from what it looks like" and bengg got the most impressive girth because he's so damn skinny and got 6.3" girth. These are the biggest as far as girth and proof of the measurements goes. I do believe that there are a few that's larger who does't have proof of it, mainly because 6.4" or whatever is not completely off the charts, but it's pretty damn rare. This guy having a 7" girth dick is just very unlikely.

The chances of you being 8 inches by 7 inches, is so low, it's almost certainly wrong.

You're probably just measuring wrong, and are maybe 7 inches by 5.5 inches

100% agree. It varies women to women and how excited they are (my gf can take mine easily after a few years of practice if she is very wet....other times its like putting a square peg in a round hole...) but to be with 5 women at 7inch girth (almost impossibly rare itself) and never have an issue putting it in....let alone comments about discomfort or pain the next day. Diesel is exactly 7 inches in girth (mid-shaft). There's a video out there of some female porn star actually measuring him on camera... shouldn't be too hard to find if you search.

I always knew I was "pretty girthy" - I just hadn't measured until recently. I realized it when I would see women in porn grab onto a thick dick and make comments along the lines of "wow, my fingers don't even touch", because my fingers barely touch on my own dick... if I'm fully hard I have to squeeze a tiny bit to get my thumb and middle finger to touch.

Anyway, I understand why these claims are met with disbelief when I haven't provided evidence to back them up. Eventually I'll post an actual video of me measuring it (since anyone can claim that images have been photoshopped...), but I need to get a flexible tape measure first. I'm sorry man, I can't deny the facts of my own life experiences. I'm 7" in girth and none of the 5 women I've been with had any trouble with it to speak of. I can't explain why this completely contradicts what everyone else says about "girth limits".

Yes, the partners I've been with have only been able to get about 30% - 50% of me in their mouth (unless I was semi-soft), and teeth have definitely been an issue. None of them were able to give me a blow-job for very long. It usually turns into more of a hand-job with tongue and mouth work than an actual blow-job.
