For me it's i wouldn't train more than 15 minute in stretches
or longer than 15 for girth
I would balance it more adding EQ (instead of chasing it now)
I would tell myself a year isn't that long
i would tell myself to train 4 days a week (went through phases of 7+)
i would tell myself even if you hit your goal, you will still feel the same
and lastly 'd say even when you hit your goal, your going to be hungry for more (maybe just me?)
