Hey guys,

I want to get some test(s) done to show exactly what is wrong with my penis, which I suspect is venous leak. Which specific tests are the best?

Also, does anybody know of any good affordable ED doctors in the Michigan-Ohio-Windsor area?

Thanks.

Do you get an erection in some situation (masturbating, watching porn, with a girl ...)? When did your problems start? How old are you?

I know venous leak is trendy and all but if you are young it is unlikely you have it.

Problems started when I was 16 after a self-inflicted injury where I bent my shaft too far. Been struggling for 20 years since. Am in good shape otherwise, don't drink, smoke or do drugs.

My erections are not good right now. They're like a 3 out of 10 alone, maybe 4 out of 10 with a girl. Viagra and cialis only mildly help.

I want to go to Mexico to get stem cell treatment done, but first I need a proper diagnosis so my Mexican doctor knows exactly what is wrong. I got stem cell treatment there for my crohn's disease and I healed myself off it with proper diet. I no longer take any medications for crohn's. My gastro doctors in America told me I would have to take medication for the rest of my life. WRONG!

OK, so yeah, I need help finding a medical professional and getting the right test picked out.

I'm not sure it's 100% venous leak, but that is my guess. I've seen a uro before and he said rigidity is the issue. I can get elongated but lack rigidity.

A cavernosogram is about as thorough as you can get regarding testing for VL. Still, it would make sense for you to proceed with more basic exams before considering this or any other treatments.

If you're at the point mentally/emotionally where you're unable to correlate getting an erection with failure this in and of itself can be contributing to the problem.

They may check to see how well you maintain an erection with Viagra, etc. or with an injectable. These questions would best be asked to a medical professional.

You have to do a doppler ultrasound. This can rule out venous leak and arterial insufficiency.
