I been doing PE for more then a year with no results and also hanging made me have problems with premature ejaculation when before I never had problems with that but I’m coming at one conclusion that I think I’m already big in length my bpel is 7.25 but my nbpel is 6.25, I’m a skinny guy but I do have some pubic fat, so I was thinking if I start working out and Lose most of my pobic fat I can get to the nbpel 7.25..!! But my girth is not that big I’m MEG is 4.75 so Should I work on my girth better what do you guys think I should do..?

I'd say begin a light girth based routine and work up to clamping and perhaps pumping.
your length is already great, I am not obese but my fat pad is pretty extreme.

I am 6 foot, 205 pounds. about 7'' in length but show 5.5'' nbpel.

Work out, and start a girth routine, at least get to that 5.0'', I'm sure you'll feel amazing about it! :)

I say work out and start a pumping routine. I gained over one inch in girth thanks to a fairly aggressive pumping routine.
