Someone adviced me this board for my problem, already spent a lot of time reading but I couldnt figure out what exactly my condition was. Its not hard flaccid or ED, but its a mix of both. Or maybe it is, help me out, I'll try to describe it:

My erections are weak, and I noticed my angle only reaches 90º if I do a lot of strenght (maybe in the PC muscles?) but only stays like that for 5 seconds, then goes back to that hard flaccid state pointing down, not decreasing size though. Naturally it will move a lot, like a vertical pendulum, but I never achieve that hard rock solid and stable erection.

My goal is to reach the 90º angle and just keep it like that during the whole erection, is it possible? I started today with kegel exercices, is there anything more I should know?

Poor EQ is no laughing matter. You have not really given us much to go on. Age can be a factor as can life style, stress, medications to name but a few. How long have you been having this problem, was there any particular starting point. Can porn or masturbation be a factor? Do you get morning wood? Have you seen a doctor/Urologist?

Kegels is a good start and a little lite jelqing may also increase penile blood flow and help over all penis health.

Oh and welcome to the forum. :welcome:

Oh sorry, I'll give you guys a background.

I'm 21, I eat healthy and work out three times a week. I thought lifiting weights would help me with the testosterone boost since I dont even have facial hair, but I didnt notice anything though.

No medications or crazy lifestyle, and even though I'm having a few problems right now this condition was always present in my life, even in my best days. It was something I always had, a weak erection, but only a few years ago I started to become really self-conscious about it.

I have morning wood, but its weak like every other. I dont believe porn can be a factor, even after one week without masturbating I still have this. I did not see a doctor, but I probably should because I have phimosis. Talk about the full package, eh.

I guess I will keep with the kegel exercices for a month then, and will report results if any here. One question though, the page about kegels wasn't clear about it, should I have my penis erect when exercicing the pc muscle?

I believe I've experience those before. For me, it's caused by over training. (Especially over training on kegels).

Are you currently on a routine? If so, what is it?

Never done any routines in my life.

If you've never done a routine, than it's probably not due to over training. The next thing I can think of is excessive masturbation, because masturbation is like a routine itself.

If you are going to start kegel exercise, start LIGHTLY. Take it slow.

My question is some men only have a 90 degree erection. That is normal for them. Have you always had a 90 degree erection? If the answer is "yes," then it probably has to do with your exit angle, and there is nothing you can do about that--at least that I know of. However, you can certainly get your erection to be rock hard whether it is pointing straight out or straight up.

This sound like a very reasonable approach. Do follow through with the urologist if the kegels let you down. Best of luck and let us know how you fair. ;)
