This is going to be a weekly log of my progress with my Phallosan. I am not using it completely in isolation. Every other day, I am using a modified version of Big Al's stretch routine for about 15 minutes. I am also randomly air pumping a few times per week, as I've seen a forum observation that using a pump doubles your gain speed.

Starting stats:
NBPEL 5.9"
FL: 3.75"
FG: 4.0"
MSEG: 5.25
Base EG: 5.4

I'm wearing the Phallosan every day, and sleeping in it for some time period. I've been averaging at least 8 hours a day, and up to about 12. This will not be a super detailed log, as I'm not really into tracking things closely. Everything will be an approximation.

I started wearing it daily, last week. I estimate I've worn it for around 70 hours this week. About 25 hours in yellow tension, and about 45 hours on the high end of green tension. I probably did about 30 total minutes of Big Al's stretches on three different occasions of about ten minutes each. I pumped twice for about ten minutes each. Obviously there have been no significant changes yet.

And so, it has been a little over a week since the last entry. I decided to take a few days off during this period. I was getting just a little bit sore, and decided deconditioning would beat some type of minor injury like a small tear, rupture, or blisters. Finally figured out what the issue was today - my skin is getting irritated from the constant stretch near the base. Not 100% sure what to do about it. I've been using a moisturizer, but I think I may have to do something else too.

Past trouble shooting, onto early results. My erect length is about the same. However, I have found my dick is easier to stretch when erect now. The ligaments are definitely loosing up. I believe the Phallosan is probably useful to loosen up ligs, even if you're a hard gainer and have to actually make your progress manually, or with hanging.

My flaccid length, has already seen a big bump up. If I've used the Phallosan in the last 36 hours, I'm usually about 4.25", which is .5" over my previous length. When I took a three day break however, I went back to roughly my start of 3.75". Flaccid girth is also up about .25" as long as I've used it in the last 36 hours. We'll see if these temp changes become permanent in the near future.

P.S. I've been terrible about manual stretching this 10 day week. Done it seriously only twice(three more times, half assed), and pumped twice.

Another week has passed! I took about three days off, due to mild soreness. Back on for the last few days.

Another 8-9 days have passed. Wore it about 6 of those days and skipped 2-3 days. About 8 hours on average.

It seems my flaccid length has improved and semi-solidified. Before, when I'd go 2 days without using the PF, I'd go back to my 3.75 starting point FL. Not so anymore. Always over 4", even when it's been 3 days since last use. If I've used it within the last day, I'm almost always over 4.4. Erect length has become more... elastic. Before doing stretches, I'm still at my baseline length, but immediately after stretching, I'm about .2" longer than previous post-stretches(but this disappears after about two hours).

I haven't been doing many manual stretches. Just a few minutes total. No pumping at all.

Another week, and it's mostly been a time of rest. I have a theory about rest and usage days, we'll see if it pans out. The idea is 2-3 usage days in a row, followed by ??? rest time(experimenting). One of my main goals is slow, easy gains, that allow me to do more in the future without hitting a wall as soon.

I wore it for only 2 days this week. Flaccid is locked in over 4" for sure(took a 4-5 day break). Total erect volume has definitely increased. The weird thing is, it's been fluctuating between girth and length. If my girth is at 5.35, length is 5.8, if my girth is 5.25, length is 6.1. Kinda weird. I notice it tends towards longer and thinner if I've only used the PF. But if I've used a pump in the last 3 days or so, it's shorter but thicker.

Didn't wear it at all this week(and did zero other PE stuff). So I can now post official locked in gains, as taking 8 days off in a row, and wearing it for less than 3 days in the last 14, should be permanent or close to it.
