Ok.... started on 2/12/2012.

3 days into jp90.

Started at 5.875 bpel and 5.375 eg ....

I'm. Shooting for 7.

Good luck! Started a month ago and although I haven't measured I know its working! It's amazing.

Had to skip a few days but got some stretching in last night ...

Today - great workout. Full stretching/kegels
3 rounds of jelqs, v-jelqs
warm up, warm down too ....

One more good day.

All stretching plus 3 sers of jelqs and v-jelqs. Using a sock filled with rice for warm up/down. It holds its heat through the whole workout.

Took some time off - it was difficult working it into my daily routine. Started back in mid septemeber and without the week that we were on vacation, I have had 4 or 5 sessions weekly since then.

Measured today and I'm 6" BPEL
