Month Review

- After a month, I seem to have come up with a pretty decent grasp of the various techniques. I've done some experimentation with different grips, stroke rhythms, etc to determine what feels the best. My workouts leave me wishing that I looked that pumped all the time! ;)

- In terms of PIs, I seem to be fairly neutral. No real negative signs to report, though I'm often left feeling a little sore after workouts. However, this usually goes away after my two rest days. I have noticed a slight increase in the degree of veininess, particularly on the right side of my penis. I don't think I have quite as many erections as before, but the ones that I have seem to be of higher quality.

- I did measure myself. No change in girth, length I'm running about 6.2, so that's nice! (BP flaccid I'm at about 6.5, but I have no idea what my BP flaccid was when I first started.)

- All in all, I think I'm doing ok! Let's see if I can keep things going.

Workout 13 - 10/23

- 10 minute warm-up using rice sock
- 5 minutes stretching
- 10 minutes of jelqing
- 50 kegels (sets of 10 done at various points of the day)
- 10 minutes of edging

Comments

- Need to go back to the basics for stretching, and not rush it when I start to get hard. I also need to work more on finding that sweet spot where I feel the most stretch. Jelqing was great. I started adding some edging in today at the end of the workout as well. Had to stop a few times to keep myself from coming, but otherwise it was good.

Comments

- Good workout. Stretching was improved when I focused on those points I mentioned from the last workout. Need to keep working at it though!

Yes, but not by much. My BPFSL is about .25" longer.
Man, I'm afraid of that happening to me. I mean where the hizzeck does the extra length go?! I would be really disappointed to have a longer flaccid and then have it shrink when I get an erection. That's just me though.

Anyway, it looks like you've achieved some gains already, so congrats on that! :D

- Good workout. Still working on my stretch technique. Need to remember to start getting JAI stretches in.

- Good workout. Stretching is getting better. I need to work more on stretches straight-up and to the sides. Also starting to get back into using more visualization as I work out.

- Had a little trouble getting and staying as hard as I wanted during jelqing, but was still able to finish with a pretty good pump. I think this partially has to do with me just being tired from putting in really long hours at work.

I've been taking a little bit of time off since I've noticed some constant light soreness over the past several days. Since the short break, I've noticed I've gotten some great morning wood, and improved EQ. I'm going to continue watching how I feel, and start to ease back into things next week.
