Vacuum Pumping when you have ED

Prior to ED, erections were fairly easy to achieve by a simple stimulation. That was when all systems (blood flow, nerves, smooth muscle relaxation, etc.) required to generate an erection were working well and were in tune with each other.

Perhaps you developed diabetes or an other chronic disease or medication or injury or bad diet that effected your blood flow or nerve endings. Or, you just got older.

Anyway, now you can’t get or maintain an erection and your dick remains limp most of the time and you rarely, if ever, have sex with it anymore.

Prior to developing ED, you would also get random boners and nightly wood during REM sleep. There is a reason for getting these erections and that is, they force in additional oxygenated blood that forces out the old “contaminated” blood and helps rejuvenates the penile tissue.

The purpose of vacuum pumping your dick is to replicate the nightly wood, sex, and random boners you had prior to developing ED.

We can do this by pumping for short periods of time, say five minutes, at 4 to 5 hg then releasing the vacuum and exiting the tube. Perform three slow jelqs, forcing the blood up your shaft into the glans and after each jelq grab your glans to force the blood back down the shaft. Let your erection subside and repeat this process two or three more times.

The whole idea is to get fresh oxygenated blood back into the tissues that have been neglected in the absence of regular elections. Pumping is not always the best solution; however, it often helps. And, if it also results in some increased girth, who will complain.

The basis for the above was based on an old Avocet8 thread at Th***ers P**ce as well as personal experience.

I found pumping doesn't really help for long term, maybe shortly if done before sex session. The only approved that work are pills from tadalafil group.

Kindly asking, if the OP and pegym Admin can change the topic to Vacuum Pumping for PE instead of ED, it will be much realistic.

Vacuum pumping for ED uses a different technique than the one I recommend for PE.

Can I achieve the following by pumping:
1 better eq without using clamps or rings

2 an increase in length and girth when used as a standalone method

I have been pumping since March 2018, have some ED, but pumping has helped. I get erections more easily now, morning wood and erections at random now. I pump about 5 times a week about 6 sets, increasing the time from 10 mins to 20 mins at about 5hg

There are a lot of ways to help with ED/impotence but a lot of men cannot have Viagra or similar medication due to high blood pressure, interference with current treatments or due to some nasty side effects. Injections or invasive surgery can be very dangerous with a lot of long term side effects. Pumps also tend to be quite ineffective.

After suffering from prostate cancer, my father has designed a product with Urologist in the UK and US which does not require medication or invasive surgery - Stays-Hard.

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive so far from all types of people, including diabetics, men who have had their prostate removed and women in the relationship with a man that suffers from ED

not2big would bathmate provide same results? As in forcing the blood to penis and maybe improving its health then...?
I dont think i can afford an air pump atm.

A Bathmate would be ok, but it would be a little more cumbersome to use than an air pump.

I have a totally different experience with ED and vacuum pumping. About 5 months ago I started a long downhill battle with psychological ED. I was 55 and a stud. I had 3 women on my regular schedule. I would have sessions that would go from 30-60 minutes. Then I had one bad day. I couldn't believe that happened. It mentally got to me. First with one women only . Then after successful sessions with the others it started happening with them also. It was mental because I was still physically capable of getting erections through masturbating, morning wood. I tried drugs like Viagra and Cialis but without mental stimulation those drugs don't work. I go to the urologist who suggested sex therapist and a prescription of trimix. The trimix works but extremely dangerous with the possibility of getting priapism. No matter what I think about i wi!l getting an erection.
I had stopped doing PE after trying it for 11 months. Now that I was getting erections again i returned to my use with Bathmate. What I experienced was that using the device then using the trimix it would not work. I actually had a delayed effect where the medication worked over two hours after it should have worked. Trimix normally works in under ten minutes. When the penis normalized from the effects of pumping with the bathmate then the erection came. It took me 3 times to realize that was the problem. So in this instance vacuuming didn't help with ED. I want to test this with a pump.

I used Trimix successfully for about three years. However, if I injected after pumping or injected just before to pumping, the effects of the injection were significantly reduced. It seemed to me that increasing the volume of blood in the CC deluted the injection and, accordingly, reduced its effectiveness.
