Using a cock ring and edging, instead of jelqing

Hi i'm very new to PE (around a month of regular PEing, before i was trying out techniques for a few weeks). At first i tried jelqing with a very light grip using two fingers on either side of my CC's (I tried using the standard jelqing grip before but got the same results i;m about to share). I noticed at first that my flaccid hang was bigger all day after a session, a definite PI, however after around a week of jelqing lightly for around 10 minutes every other day i began to get hard flaccid badly. I used to get the same hard flaccid whenever i tried a kegel routine, even when i focused specifically on pelvic floor balance and reverse kegel exercises.

I decided to give jelqing a rest after taking a break for a while, I came back and instantly got hard flaccid again. During my break i was able to recover from my hard flaccid (which was probably quite minor considering some of the stories i have read) and decided to use a cock ring and edge instead with the hope of gaining girth. Girth is my main goal, as my stats currently are 7 inches bone pressed length and around 4.2-4.3 inches erect girth.

I plan on eventually working up to clamping for girth, and i am hoping that my cock ring edging routine will help me. This is my routine:

!0 minute warm up = Blasting my penis and crotch with as hot water as i can bare.
20 minutes edging with cock ring on
5-10 minute warm down = Blasting penis and crotch with hot water again.

At first when i was using my stretchy silicone cock ring i would occasionally get some red red spots on my penis after a session (some were small, but one persistant one was slightly larger, not alarmingly so). I know these are bad signs, but at the time i was glad at least that i got some indication that it was doing something in the way that could help girth. I decided to ease off everytime i got the spots, and wait for them to go down. Now i have a much better stretchy tantus silicone cock ring that goes around both the cock and the balls. Also now i do not get any red spots at all after my session and occasionally find myself with a larger flaccid hang after the session.

When i edge with the cock ring on i am very careful not to apply much pressure to my penis, it is by no means vigorous masturbation, it's essentially light strokes to maintain an erection.

I have not noticed any change in erection and i very rarely get morning or night would, however i am able to perform and maintain a good erection in the bedroom, partly due to the help of large doses of L-arginine prior to sexytime and some viagra just in case, or if i want an especially long session.

I'm curious as to what you guys think of my routine, jelqing definitely worried me because of it's negative effects, and i was thinking as it was similar to how i reacted to kegels maybe in some way the erection improvements of jelqing have something to do with the pelvic floor, but then i have no idea how that would be the case.

Anyway i'm sorry for the long post i'm just hoping i can have some discussion with you guys about what to do next and how to approach PE the right way. Thank you

What do you mean by hard flaccid? What horror stories you have read?

Caution with this it has higher injury risk than jelq .

I would be trying to sort your pelvic floor.

Hf has a lot of head issue involment.

I'm sorry i've not replied i had no idea that anyone had replied to my post until now. I've been continuing with the cock ring edging routine whilst also trying to balance out my pelvic floor with reverse kegels. I have also began some weight training and HIIT at the gym which should help with pelvic floor strength and erections in general. I plan on moving into some pelvic massage with a tennis ball.

I have noticed slight gains in girth, I was up to just shy of 4.4 inches of erect girth but i've occasionally taken a couple of week long breaks that have caused me to lose a little bit. I have noticed that i do not get hard flaccid that much from using a cock ring and edging.

My pelvic floor may be tight, my front kegels definitely, probably not my back kegels. I have also notice that the right side contracts a lot more than the left which may be a problem. Having a strong and balanced pelvic floor seems to be the key to strong erections, which is mostly what i'm after now so i am going to focus on that. I'd love to be able to train my pelvic floor like so many others can without inducing hard flaccid or reducing my eq instead of increasing it.

Thank you for you replies guys, by hard flaccid i mean my penis is slightly smaller and harder than normal in it's flaccid state and the head very occasionally feels a little cold.

I will heed your warning pegasus and be even more careful than I already am with the cock ring edging, could you tell me a little about the risks associated with it?

Light jelqing shouldn't result in hard flaccids in a healthy penis. Did you get a thorough medical check up before you began training? Is it possible reading the stories you mentioned caused you enough anxiety to induce a hard flaccid effect?

It was around 6 months ago that i attempted jelqing with the inverted V grip (fingers pointing down) and it is possible that i read some stories about venous leaks, or i could've looked at the warnings because of the hard flaccid. What do you reckon would be the best way of approaching my routine with this in mind, do you think a readdition of jelqing would be a good idea?

I have not had a thorough medical check up before starting, i'm getting some bloods done very soon due to my low eq so i should get some results soon. I have had soft glans, lack of inflation of the CS during erection, and a loss of erection quickly without stimulation for as long as I can remember. I also have incredibly rarely got morning or night wood for as long as i can remember. My problems came to a head once i started having trouble maintaining an erection while sober for the first time with one time hook ups and fwb's. I decided to try no fap and abstained from porn, masturbation and orgasm for 35 days until i met my current girlfriend who i've been sleeping with for the past 8 months or so. Still with very little masturbation to porn (Probably around 6 relapses of very small degrees (I.e television porn channels, no cumming to hardcore porn).

My main goal is girth which is currently sitting just shy of 4.4 inches. My eq is not terrible but my erection often subsides to 70-80% during sex and very occasionally i have trouble getting it up at all (Mostly after a couple of rounds, but sometimes from the outset).

Thank you for messaging me anyway, i know i'm giving a long essay like reply. One thing that i'm very curious about is more information about training the pelvic floor. I really like the idea of becoming multiorgasmic and getting the eq benefits that come with a strong pelvic floor, but even when i'm working a routine focused on pelvic floor balance i end up getting hard flaccid after slight eq improvements in the beginning. You should have started with the traditional jelq. In my opinion, your efforts would be better spent conditioning your penis first before embarking on any form of enlargement training. A thorough check up before you begin would be highly recommended!
