Started PEing back in march 09, only now have i realised how beneficial it is to keep the progress updated.

Back in march 09 my stats were...
BPEL - 5.8in
EG - no record.

Currently October 09....
BPEL - 6.8in
EG - 4.5in (measured using a lace from shoe lol)

LOng term goal = girth, girth, girth...
Short term = BPEL 7in
EG 5.5in


day 1

10 min ricesock - warm up
6 tunica tugs - 25 sec hold
40 JAI stretch
90 V Jelq
90 reverse Jelq
5 squeezes
warm down - shower
20 min bedfowers in bed

day 2

10min ricesock - warm up
5 A-stretch
2 sets of flaccid bends (2 fingers, then 3 fingers)
5 internal stretch (30 seconds)
90 reverse Jelqs
90 upwards Jelqs at 70% erection level
5 Ulis

2days on 1 off..

Off days edge for 30mins..
simple piss pulls and occasionally a random ricesock applied.

kegel twice a week, using the kegel pyramid.

I've realized Pe is a really slow process that needs a lot of committment and determination to stick with a routine. Sometimes things can get monotonous and that is the time when you need to encourage yourself to continue working at it and to be committed to your goal.

Thanks guys! good luck to you all too!!

As i have a 'turkey neck' on my off days I do some stretches of my scrotum.
I am also thinkin of jelqing the scrotum, trying to get a lower hang. The ok grip around the penis and scrotum behind the testicles. I think i have read this on the forum before. Has anyone tried that and wish to share there experiences?

No changes for programme, expect tryin to 'keep penis plump theory' and possibly looking into buying L-argenine.
Note: Remember to Kegel 1 day on and 1 day off. Strengthen the PC muscle and re-read edging, would love to peform this effectively and hopefully in time to the point where i can produce dry orgasms and hold my come back at the PONR.

9 day rest......only light stretching and edging sessions at the moment.
Once i come back i propose to start this new program...

-Warm up
-1 set Tunica tug Length exercise
-Full set of O bends Girth exercise
-30 wet jelqs. OK grip @ 75% erection. Very slow 8 second strokes Girth/length
-30 V jelqs. 75% erection. Very slow 8 second strokes Girth
-1 set Slinky bend Girth
-(optional: basic stretch. Length exercise)
-Warm down

After seeking advice from 'stillwantmore' I am going to change my routine as i solely want to focus on girth..........

Basically i will be doing 5 days on 2 days off...
performing the 'horse squeeze' for a duration of 30 minutes
i will also maintain my 2 days on 1 day off of erect kegels 5 sets of 5 sec holds standing up and sitting down, as i have dropped my EQ from a 10 to a 7, and for this reason i have not been able to get a proper measure of my girth and length in the last month

need some help guys! I currently cant keep my PI's good and am constantly changing routines! I have been Peing for 10 months and am looking to obtain mainly girth...if anyone has a suggestion on a suitable routine that would be great??? I have recently taken a break and noticed an increase in EQ, however it has decreased again.....my head is spinning with this PE stuff.....10months- gained an inch in length and feel like now i cant get it right :(

I am just going to return to a slight variation of one of my old routines as it has worked well for me, hopefully i will quick start some more gains!! Since i achieved my 7inch length goal i will now go for a 7.5incher and girth the same will be 5.5in (currently 4.75).

10-15mins warm up - ricesock
5 internal stretch (30 seconds)
DLD blasters x 30
2 sets of o-bends
90 Jelqs (70% erection)
5 squeeze or uli (with squeeze, i will vary the intensity to see what best suits)
warm down in shower!
at night 20 mins of bedfowers

OK so going to try and start using this more!
PE days are going to be mon, tue, thur, fri!
Mon and thurs
15mins ricesock
6 internal stretches
30 DLD blasters
2 sets of 0-bends
120 wet jelqs - 70-80% EL sets of 30 with 50 erect kegels between sets!
6 horse squeeze OR 6 uli's
might try and edge for 15mins post workout - time permitting!
warm down ( shower)

Tue and Fri

6 A stretches
40 JAI stretches
2 sets flaccid bends
150 wet jelqs - 40% EL
edge min 20mins
when edge extend hips (feel more engorged)
got a cock ring and might edge with that on off days?
cut down on ejaculation to 2 days a week (unless its sex)

Not seen any length gains in 3 months! Girth...... think minimal gains, going to measure on an off day and will post a new stat for march '10.

should i stretch after workout as well would anyone recommend this???

also should note that my nuts are really tight when i have an erection and penis looks 1.5 inches smaller! so going to do testicle massage daily!

couldnt help myself....2nd edging session of the day, as it was the 2nd i was able to go for 20mins whilst constantly kegeling and reverse kegelling throughout the session, felt good....looked bigger as well! Question to everyone: how much of your gains would you contribute to edging: the thought of being engorged and filling up your muscle chambers for a constant 20mins seems beneficial, no?
Note to self: need 2 find ruler as tape measure is giving me only NBEL!

positive PI's are dropping, going on a break of PE until i see my EQ reaching 9-10 on a minimum of 3 consecutive days which i intend to do a decon routine... whereby i do 1/4 of my usual routine and then i will post my measurement for april 10!

7 day break with only 2 edging sessions. Going to start my decon routine starting monday for a week and then get back to my routine!
Glans seem to still be 'wrinkly' - not fully engorged. Might mean i will need to focus slightly on more girth work to target my smooth muscle, so may cut out some length work and apply more 80-90%jelqing!

measured.....

April 10 -BPEL 7.1 EG 4.75

EQ is around 8..wanting to get to 10 so looking to keep doing 200 jelqs and 150 v jelqs at high erection level. 4 squeezes or ulis after. only VERY LIGHT stretching throughout the day to keep my unit plump. 3 edging sessions a week (minimum 15mins with ejaculation). warm towel on penis 10mins in mornin and 10mins at night....in an attempt to reduce fordyce spots visibility. Also, testicle massage twice a day.

during my edging session i managed to reach 7.4 BPEL, only lasted 15 minutes, whilst constantly kegeling throughout the session (long holds and quick pumps). doing this twice a week for 30mins seems as tho it could be really beneficial!! gona try and read up on edging and get every aspect down to a t! Also cable clamps arrived.....however im just doin 2 sets of 5 mins of MANUAL clamping at the moment. I will hope to see increases in girth and length over the next few weeks!

i was bored so i took a girth measurement and noticed im 4.5-4.6, i might have got my previous '4.75' measurement during edging :(

my penis looks so skinny from the side and looking down on it...there is no width either. I feel if i got to 5.5 (my target) i would actually feel like i had a normal size penis.

Maybe i should perform flaccid bends throughout the day...will this help with my girth gains? my flaccid is really small as well! :(
