Hi guys, I just saw the difference of working on tunica with the normal stretch. So my BPFSL is longer than my BP at least of 1 inch. But my erection already seems 10/10(or so I think...).
So on what should i work? Ligaments or tunica? Or both?
Waiting for your advices!

I have almost the same issue. Im 8.25"bpfsl and 7.5"bpel and 6.5"nbpel. I have tried stretching my ligs and really can't get a stretch. In our case, I think our ligs are already loose. I feel we need to work the tunica and pull out the inner penis. Just my thoughts.

Anyone can confirm this? If you have a solid and steady erection you'll see less gains in lenght?
If your bpfsl is too much longer you'll gain nothing from stretch ligs?

Every time I had an EL gain it came right after a temporary EQ decrease.

It's been my experience. After I stopped gaining EL, I kept on stretching and gaining BPFSL, and all it did was lower my erection angle. I'd be interested too in a recipe for having EL catch up with FSL...

Read up on the TGC theory!
To make it short:

If bpel and bpfsl are too close to each other (<0.3") -- do length work (stretches)

If bpel and bpfsl are too wide apart (>0.5") -- do girth work (jelqs)
