THE SUCCESS STORY
Early 20's guy here. This stuff seemed like grasping for straws when I came across it online. I figured hell, I'll give it a shot anyway. Worst comes to worst I just wasted a few minutes of my day. Best case I see a few changes in my dick.
I'm a grower, not a shower. When I started I had a < 3 inch flaccid cock with a fucking skinny girth. When erect, I measured just reaching for 7 inches length and an lame 4.5 or so inches of girth. I really want 6 inch of girth. Now my flaccid length is about 5.5 inch fluctuating and girth is better. It still looks like a skinny noodle sometimes when flaccid or cold but I'll have to live with that. I've been doing jelques, warm up stretches, edging, kegels, and the exercise where you hold the blood flow between the dick head and your base for a few seconds before making a milking motion to the top and repeating. This supposedly forces blood flow throughout the penis and forces the glads to expand. I'm not doing anything super advanced. And I don't do this every day. I do this every other day like I would exercises to get it a break.
I uploaded some success images where you can see the warp in my dick that is the increase in girth. I pulled back my groin with my fingers so you can see it best. My dick has an interesting shape from the top view it looks like the PE works with the substantial change in girth at the base and then gradually increasing to the top, but this isn't totally the case. I drew a picture of the side view (no time to take a pic atm) where the further away from my body my penis is actually smaller in girth from the side so it's more flat. Then, as it approaches my base, the girth drops down creating a slight arch in my penis.
I also passed the toilet paper roll test which I didn't when I first started. More than halfway, my dick cannot go in any further because the tp roll is too small. That feels so good. Now I wish that it stopped before halfway but it's progress nonetheless.
STATS
Here are my before and after stats:
BEFORE: barely 7.0 inch length, 4.6 inch girth or so
NOW : at 7.44 inch length (right under the half mark), reaching 5.25 inch girth
GOAL : at 7.5 inch length, 6 inch girth
Which makes sense most tp rolls are about 5.5 inches and it could be that the shape and skin of my dick, when pushed back reaches that 5.5 that it needs. Either way, still cool.

PHYSICAL HEALTH
my dick is much harder when I have erections and I'm stimulated more by just playing with myself as opposed to watching porn which I believe is healthier. I'll touch more on that in a sec. As I stated in the success story my flaccid size is better too. Over all very happy with the performance and looks so far.
HABITS
By not masturbating too I noticed my ballsack is more full and looks healthier (almost like it's a fruit that went bad and now it's a fruit that's ripening). I also stopped watching as much porn and jerking to it. Not only have I noticed my mental health improves but I document those changes:
Note that relapsing is hard. I make an attempt to masturbate once in a 30 day period. Right now I'm at a relapse and have been masterbating once a day for the past 4 or 5 days. I have relapsed several times in this journey but also have successfully not masterbated for 2 months back to back. Probably 4 months total. My ballsack right now, as you might expect, is shriveled and small. I believe keeping from the jacking has improved ballsack health and size.
MENTAL HEALTH
I admit that I did not begin doing this PE stuff because I decided I wanted a bigger dick. I have a self-imposed dysmorphia about my own body. Probably because I've watched porn since 16. Not that I've always been watching porn, haha. I mean I exposed myself to unrealistic expectations early on. And I know I'm not alone. Women watch porn too and they are very impressionable.
7 inch dick is considered above average and long/hung/big. But it's not the end all to big dicks. I'm blessed and should be grateful and instead I am not content. I see a dick that could be bigger. That's not big enough. Sometimes I watch porn and realize I have a dick as long as some of these average porn stars but they have much more girth than me! In this year process, I have results that show this stuff does work. I have also made progress over coming my own dysmorphia and acceptance of my size, as well as discovered refrain from masturbation leads to predictable mood changes and sleep patterns that are worth checking into.
I might continue learning more advanced methods. I would very much like to reach my goal but I've read that the penis can only grow so much naturally.
