Hello everyone, to be honest i’m not getting anything from this recommendation, but after trying the lg hanger and couldn’t really hang more than like 9 pounds, i started hanging with the new male hanger and to be honest it’s quite nice, hanging 16 pounds at the moment. Would definitely recommend. Cheers.
The LG Hanger is capable of more than 9 lbs. We have several guys above the 20 lb. mark.
KingSnake and Dr. Ric both pushed their limits to 30 & 32 lbs. I'd be happy to teach you how to hang more than 9 lbs., but you'd need to explain what your routine was as you advanced to that number and how long it took to get there. Most importantly why you couldn't exceed 9 lbs.
I personally never went above 18 lbs. and actually preferred no more than 15 lbs. when doing my heaviest training. Because I was born with a double hernia, once I got up to the 15 lb. level I began to feel a significant tug on my seminal cords and didn't want to risk giving myself another hernia. So rather than trying to go heavier I began implementing other types of hanging exercises that didn't require me to use more weight. Those two exercises are the
FULCRUM & BUNDLE.
I believe there's a common misconception amongst many PE weight hangers, and that's the notion that you need to continue to keep going heavier in order to make gains. IMO you only need to go heavy enough to create fatigue, which is another subject that's never properly defined. The vast majority believe that fatigue is always accompanied with soreness.... wrong again!
There is a certain amount of traction required to stress and stretch the suspensory ligament. The consensus among the surgeons we have worked with is approximately 8 lbs. The doctors at Surgery Life Enhancement actually use the LG Hanger to put traction onto the penis while the ligament is cut. It's around the 8 lb. level that they tell me they start to see the ligament stretch. Effectively stretching and expanding the tunica is also just as important in making gains, and IMO this should be done in conjunction with length training. I completely disagree with the "length before girth" doctrine.
Last of all.... comparing the LG Hanger with any compression clamp needs to be done with objectivity and not subjectivity. Because just like butt-holes everyone has an opinion, and who's to say your opinion is more valid than mine? That's where the objectivity comes in, let's talk about facts.
FACT - a compression clamp cuts off circulation, and can't be worn for much longer than 15 minutes. Could you wear 9 lbs. with your compression clamp for a full hour? I can easily wear my LG Hanger with 9 lbs. for a full hour.... I can wear 15 lbs. for a full hour.
