I can now lock in day 62 porn free!

After having sexual dreams the last 2 days, I felt that I needed to get rid of the junk that has built up from not fapping for the previous 61 days. I didn't want to fap for arousal, so MO'ing was tough. I was within the 6-8/10 EQ range not getting any satisfaction or feeling that I was on the path of MO. My arms were getting tired and I was so close to looking at porn just to get it out of the way. But I thought I should give it a bit more time before going through that option. I then closed my eyes and imagined the previous sexual like experience I had (ps i've never had sex), I started getting some where with 9/10 EQ and sensations. Because I did was not doing this for arousal nor was I this whole process, I started jacking it faster so I could get it over and done with, which I finally did.

Sorry if I provided too much details but I am so glad I did not resort to porn. I now feel I can do another 60 days with no issue.

Nope, you aren't supposed to. I personally choose to do it in order to give my manhood a nice long rest. Personally, I was finding good results just from resting (since I had built up a lot of poor masturbation habits over the years). I also find abstaining to positively effect my EQ, so I figured why not. The no fap challenge is a whole other challenge though, so there is no reason to do it if you don't want to.

On a positive note, I'm feeling very different. Yesterday and today I've had time to myself and during my run, going to the shops and sitting down for a beer I've been getting way more eye contact and smiles from women than usual. I'm definitely noticing a positive shift in attitude towards women and even towards myself.

Feels good to get some positive feedback from my body. It's making me more motivated.

Actually just the second day without visual stimulation of any kind (besides real world of course) - I found out a trigger!!

I have just been to the gym, doing cardio, whilst a beatiful lady with leggings did some gluteus workout (burpeys and all of these exercises) . Really she goes down in doggystyle and everaything, pushing her butt out to the max) - I decided it is best to avoid looking at her!. I feel this influences my subconsciousness. I just need to watch a beautiful woman in tight leggins and the causal chain starts subconsciously!)

So I finished my cardio whilst actively NOT looking at her butt.

It is tough being a man but it is wonderful.

I wouldn't avoid looking if I were in your position. I'm training my brain to react to real women not images on a screen, so I check out the assess of the hot fit girls at my gym. But by all means, avoid and ignore real women in your line of site.

Well I guess you are right, I should differenciate but to be honest it feels like it is too much, I watch that booty and man I swear I almost get crazy, because there is just nothing I can do about that, it just increases my drive and that feels uncomfortable. And later in the evening this leads to trigger feelings. (image of that ass in mind, click on pornsite...there you are again )

Is a point in not watching porn to increase our drive? Unless you're married, what's stopping you from talking to said girl with great ass? But if it is a problem for you maybe you should avoid looking. I'm a single male so I guess I have more freedom
