I've always done girth exercises only.
Mostly clamped squeezes.
When I do these I pull quite hard from the base and upwards, with the clamp pushing in front of my hand.
This creates a hard stretch at the base.
Could this strengthen the penis?
So that if I would like to focus on length, I've already built up a tolerance/strength, which would make it hard to gain length?
