hey man welcome! I am skeptical still too. I have been doing this for a month with 2 full weeks off, and have gained 3/8ths of an inch on my BPEL. I still dont believe this though, I think it could just better my erection, seems to make sense but actual length I am stil in disbelief. If I gain any more length I will truly start to believe.
But some advice from what I learned is less is more in PE. Don't go too hard. The first time I thought I gained length is was from just a few days of jelqing lightly and that was it, my theory was to slowly integrate all of JP90 within a month. But within a few days I noticed a stronger erection. Since then I been training too hard on the stretches and jelqs, I have taken 2 weeks off total. I'm switching to another program. Does anyone remember that dudes name? SMPEL or something like that. He had a lighter version of JP90 and he stuck with it for a year until he changed it, and he went from 5.8 to over 8 inches in length. Just food for thought. I think its is wise to start really light, because JP90 is a lot imo and you might be going over your "sweet spot" for gains. I feel like thats what JP90 did to me, way too much.
One last tip, jelqs are tough at first cuz you'll be getting a boner when you do them, but after about 2 weeks you dont get boners from jelqs. Pretty crazy actually.
