First of all I’d like to thank all of you for posting your results in PE and being supportive of one another without passing judgment. You guy’s have gained a lot of experience in this field and shared so much knowledge between each other.
I’m going to give a little info about myself.
I’m here for self improvement just like everyone else, I was and probably still am a little sceptical about PE. Reading everyone’s success stories in PE has been very inspiring to the point where nothing seems impossible.
I’ve been weight training on and off for about 15 years and I know that shaping the physic happens gradually over time so I’m in no rush to achieve quick goals. My reason for self improvement is not only for me, but for my beautiful wife whom I love dearly.
This will be my first post on PEgym as I want to go on this self improvement journey and hopefully look at this post in years to come to see what I’ve accomplished.
My current cock size is:
BPEL - 18.5cm / 7,3”
MEG - 13.5cm / 5.3”
I’ve started manual stretching by hand in all directions for 40 seconds, taking my time and getting use to the feeling. After a month of perfecting this I’ll start wearing the penimaster pro for 4 hrs after an intense stretch. After wearing the ADS I’ll wrap up with an ace bandage for the rest of the day and night, probably chuck in some more stretches where I can.
I’m going to start with the length gains first as I can’t do the girth routine now.
The reason is, because I stopped my TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) 6 months ago so that my wife and I can conceive a child.
With my now low T levels I battle to get an erection without the use of viagra. Once the misses is pregnant, hopefully early next year I’ll jump back on TRT and start my girth exercises.
Anyways, I’m looking forward to this new journey in life where I can better myself along side a supportive community.
I’ll attach some pics as reference points for future reference.
