Hi guy’s,

First of all I’d like to thank all of you for posting your results in PE and being supportive of one another without passing judgment. You guy’s have gained a lot of experience in this field and shared so much knowledge between each other.

I’m going to give a little info about myself.

I’m here for self improvement just like everyone else, I was and probably still am a little sceptical about PE. Reading everyone’s success stories in PE has been very inspiring to the point where nothing seems impossible.

I’ve been weight training on and off for about 15 years and I know that shaping the physic happens gradually over time so I’m in no rush to achieve quick goals. My reason for self improvement is not only for me, but for my beautiful wife whom I love dearly.

This will be my first post on PEgym as I want to go on this self improvement journey and hopefully look at this post in years to come to see what I’ve accomplished.

My current cock size is:

BPEL - 18.5cm / 7,3”

MEG - 13.5cm / 5.3”

I’ve started manual stretching by hand in all directions for 40 seconds, taking my time and getting use to the feeling. After a month of perfecting this I’ll start wearing the penimaster pro for 4 hrs after an intense stretch. After wearing the ADS I’ll wrap up with an ace bandage for the rest of the day and night, probably chuck in some more stretches where I can.

I’m going to start with the length gains first as I can’t do the girth routine now.

The reason is, because I stopped my TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) 6 months ago so that my wife and I can conceive a child.

With my now low T levels I battle to get an erection without the use of viagra. Once the misses is pregnant, hopefully early next year I’ll jump back on TRT and start my girth exercises.

Anyways, I’m looking forward to this new journey in life where I can better myself along side a supportive community.

I’ll attach some pics as reference points for future reference.

Wake up and do manual stretches, 2 sets.

Bundles 40s CW & 40s CCW
BTC L/M/R 40s each
30 rotating spins CW

Bundles 40s CW & 40s CCW
Straight down L/M/R 40s each
30 rotating spins CCW

Bundles 40s CW & 40s CCW
Straight out L/M/R 40s each
30 rotating spins CW

Bundles 40s CW & 40s CCW
Straight up L/M/R 40s each
30 rotating spins CCW

Repeat for second set…..

Straight after manuals into a PMP for 3-4 hrs and ace wrap that bad boy keeping him extended until the evening. Then another 2 sets of manuals before bed and wrapping him through sleeping.

The first day in the PMP vacuum chamber gave me blisters all over my glans, I suspect I had too much air trapped inside.

I’ll continue with manuals until I heal then jump back into the PMP.

Slight change to stretching routine.

Today I’ve started doing all my bundle stretches before manuals instead of between them. I’ve noticed with bundles the blood dissipates from the Johnson leaving it empty and small.

Once these are out the way I can do proper stretches with decent blood flow feeling each workout.

Tr t was the best decision I ever made. I tried everything I lost over 100 pounds, was working out running and my johnson would only get hard about 40 percent of the time to have secure encounters and about 50 percent of the time it would go down halfway through sex. It makes a big difference during PE as well. Half the time I don't have to even use manual stimulation to get a hard on for the pump. Good luck to you and let us know how it goes.

Using the PMP has just been giving me blisters and causing weeks of setbacks, I’ve tried everything to avoid them. The good news is I’ve gained .5cm in length from just manual tugging.
Today I purchased a compression hanger and will start using that instead of a vacuum device.

Completed my first week of compression hanging with 2kgs 2 sets of 20min.
hanging felt comfortable with the wrapping at a moderate weight, also completed my manual workouts in the mornings.
fuck that penimaster pro and it’s blisters, I wanna chuck it in the bin but it cost me a fair bit of coin so I’m not yet keen…
I’ll give it one more go with some glans wrapping otherwise you know where she’s going.

Completed 3 sets of 20 minute hangs this week.
I’ve had to drop the weight to 1.75kgs as I’m hanging BTC every session.
I’ll continue with this angel for months to come and gradually up the weight 0.25kgs as needed, the stretches are insane and can feel the fatigue every day.
Next week I’ll try the PMP one more time after hanging, maybe get 2 hrs of light extending. (That’s if my blisters have healed 100%)
My morning manual stretching is still happening which is good, cause I kind of enjoy those workouts.

Have you used silicone sleeves for wrapping? That might help with the blister issue. Also just asking out if curiosity, what's your goal length and girth?

Hi Swim,
I havent tried silicone sleeves, would that work with the PMP? I read on other posts that micropore tape was the norm so was going to give that a go once Ive healed.

In all honesty, I havent set a goal as Im not to sure what is achievable. Im just going to continue doing what Im doing until I gain some length and then switch over to some girth exercises.

Started hanging 2kgs BTC this week and had to drop back down to 175kgs due to fatigue, this angle is harsh and I think I’m still stretching skin.
On the up side I was able to wear the PMP for 2/3 hrs this week without any blisters. I tape the glans up with micropore tape.
I also read a post on here about a guy who removed the diaphragm keeping the sluice on for better suction and grip which I did and works well.

This week I did my morning manual stretches focusing more on bundling at all directions.
3 times 20 minute afternoon hanging sessions at 2.25 kgs with 2-3 hour extender use afterwards, then ace wrapped as an ads throughout the night.
Weekends will be manuals only as usual.
Feeling the burn daily from laying on the side of the bed with my feet on a chair hanging BTC.

Increased hanging weight to 2.5kgs this week, I have added an inferred pad to my hanging session keeping it on top of my pubic/shaft area whilst doing my 3 by 20 minute sets.
Some days I get 4 sets in and roughly 2 hours at max extension in the PMP.
Still doing my manuals once a day, but not really feeling much of a pull or burn like I use too. I think the hanging has exceeded manual strain, but Ill continue with it anyways.
