So I read about squatting a little bit.
I really can use all the help I can get on this one. I do a lot of squats at the gym, are they the same?
Does it work? I need some info about it and how to do those properly, I don't know how to do the reverse kegels so I'm looking to find a substitute. Help!!!!!

The squats often mentioned here are for stretching the pelvic floor muscles. This involves a deep squat while resting in the bottom position.

Yes .
The hindi squat is particularly used as a pelvic stretch onsite.

I've been doing and I can feel the PF more relaxed, I don't have that urge to do a kegel when stop peeing, also IKs during stimulation are becoming more controllable, though I still have a hard time pushing it with my abs and having an awkward breathing.
So yeah it works. The goal is to keep your legs spread, even tilting your ass so you can feel more stretch in the area between your testicles and anus. Some yoga poses ares helpful too.

The squat for stretching the PV is called hindi squat.
