I have a minor case of what I believe is called hard flaccid, it occurs throughout the day but upon waking or goig to be my penis feels loose and plump until I stand up. It then gets tense and turtles up slightly curving to the left.
I stopped watching porn completely a while ago and recently relapsed but am continuing! During this period I feel there is more that I could do to help my penis. Soon I may start taking the five Gs along with arginine as I tried in the past with mixed results. I wish I had the time for jp90s once again but I have a son and wife as well as work nights so am zombied out on some days.
On my off days I take a hot 30 minute bath to relax, would it benefit me any to include 10 kegels and reverse kegel 2 sec holds as well as some jai stretches with 15 secs or so Tunica Tugs once the bath warms me? If anybody has any ideas regarding a light quick routine I am up for ideas! I simply want to avoid injuring my penis.
I work a 2-2-3 work schedule so my off days would be when I take my baths an workout, on work days I shower and then sleep all day until I head to work .
I have sex every other day and getting an erection for sex is fine, throughout the day however I have no random erections or mornin wood.
I feel as if while not watching porn is beneficial itself, there is more I could do to help improve my penis! EQ and healthy penis first then I will hopefully work on size
