I have a minor case of what I believe is called hard flaccid, it occurs throughout the day but upon waking or goig to be my penis feels loose and plump until I stand up. It then gets tense and turtles up slightly curving to the left.

I stopped watching porn completely a while ago and recently relapsed but am continuing! During this period I feel there is more that I could do to help my penis. Soon I may start taking the five Gs along with arginine as I tried in the past with mixed results. I wish I had the time for jp90s once again but I have a son and wife as well as work nights so am zombied out on some days.

On my off days I take a hot 30 minute bath to relax, would it benefit me any to include 10 kegels and reverse kegel 2 sec holds as well as some jai stretches with 15 secs or so Tunica Tugs once the bath warms me? If anybody has any ideas regarding a light quick routine I am up for ideas! I simply want to avoid injuring my penis.

I work a 2-2-3 work schedule so my off days would be when I take my baths an workout, on work days I shower and then sleep all day until I head to work .

I have sex every other day and getting an erection for sex is fine, throughout the day however I have no random erections or mornin wood.

I feel as if while not watching porn is beneficial itself, there is more I could do to help improve my penis! EQ and healthy penis first then I will hopefully work on size :)

Standing up, gravity moves blood to legs so you don't fall down. Cleaver huh ?

I am quite sure I am not confusing a semi with hard flaccid haha thanks though! I have pictures from a long time ago I believe on my profile.

My penis when I get out of bed is plump and hanging freely and loose but it turtles up stuff hard to even bend and is shaped like )) very small like two inches when in bed I was flaccid around four inches or so

If you're vigorously sexually active, that should be all you need for the stamina portion of your training. Aside from that, you should refrain from all frivolous masturbation- even if porn watching isn't a part of it.

What are you doing to treat your HF?

Not too much as I researched a long time ago and found no success regarding hard flaccids. I try to do some pelvic stretching and started taking hot baths on my off days from work. Any advice on how to help with it would be appreciated :)

Alright, I will see if theres any new info. In the past I read and tried a lot of techniques and the only thing that really helped was a water fast for a week.. I work a heavy physical labor job with a water fast i guarantee I wouldn't meet quota or Worse...

Never masturbate and trying to last longer and prolong orgasm during sex.

Right now I began doing 10 2 sec jai stretches and 10 tunica tugs in a HOT bath on my off days! 2-2-3 work schedule so that means 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off.. Hoping that helps, if not I may up the number of reps or add time.

Something else that can provoke a HF is if you contract against resistance when you stretch. This usually applies if your pelvic floor is already strained- as contracting against resistance can exacerbate the problem.
