Hi guys,

So I've been having pretty severe ED over the last 4 months, thinking I may have injured myself. Feeling my penis there are new veins or something under the skin that are thin and run horizontally over my penis and there are a few of them.

If I massage or feel them my penis aches for a long time afterwards.

Can anyone help me figure out what this could be? And is there any hope for me?

I have no Idea what it could be. If it's been going on for 4 months with no improvement then you should consider seeing a urologist.

Why haven't you seen a doc yet? They have willies too you know...nothing to be ashamed of.

I have a female doc, and I can guarantee you she definitely has a penis!

I'm not ashamed, even though I now have a smaller penis than I used to.

It just takes forever to get an appointment these days.

Our penis is nothing to be ashamed of. It is our penis and should be loved, like the rest of us.

I would also recommend seeing a Urologist. It does take forever to get an appointment but the sooner you call the sooner you will get an appointment :) I would also try to retrack any changes (exercises, medications, life events, etc.) that occurred before these 4 months so you can discuss that with the MD. If there are any changes you made which you still continue to do I would think about dropping them and also discuss those with the MD.

I never will understand why we go to the doc for a cold or sneeze but not when we think something happened to our dick.

Agree with everyone above, please see a doctor! Bringing a "private" issue to a doctor can be embarrassing and/or stressful, but remember that they're a professional that has likely seen everything under the sun and won't be judging you.

Anyone else had this problem before?

No amount of Jelqing has any affect anymore, it's like blood just doesn't go there anymore :(

Do these sort of things heal or am I permanently damaged?
