Hey guys. I've been doing PE for 3 months. I started at 7.6" BPEL, currently at 8.2". I realized I didn't have a progress thread on this site, so here it is!
For the first two months I went crazy with changing my routine (really dumb). Among the 5-6 different routines I did, apparently something worked... I just don't know what Shortly after, I tried a more strenuous routine... which didn't go over well (minor injury, decreased EQ, etc.)
So anyways, this is my current, more gentle workout:
15 minute warmup
1 set of 30-second stretches (up, left, right, out)
1 set of rotary cranks (10 left, 10 right)
10 minutes jelqing
Edge for 30 minutes
15 minute warmdown
I don't have any "before" pics, but here's my current size... (Sorry there's no ruler, I'll grab one next time I take a pic)
