hi i guess this is right forum?
i been gathering knowledge about PE for last 2 months and i finally wanna start
i bought vacuum cup extender and it finally came
will start with
JP90 and 2 hours a day of extending with ADS
will be adding 30 minutes of extending every week up to 6 hours a day
questions:
1. I wonder if adding 30 min a week is good idea instead of 30 mins every 2 weeks
thinking about what will give me better progress
2. should I extend before of after JP90? Can I do JP90 all working days and then 2 rest days saturday and sunday? or is other timing better?
3. isn't adding extender too much for beginner?
4. where should i create my progress log?
here in beginner forum?
