Rate my beginner routine for next 3 months

hi i guess this is right forum?

i been gathering knowledge about PE for last 2 months and i finally wanna start
i bought vacuum cup extender and it finally came

will start with

JP90 and 2 hours a day of extending with ADS
will be adding 30 minutes of extending every week up to 6 hours a day

questions:

1. I wonder if adding 30 min a week is good idea instead of 30 mins every 2 weeks
thinking about what will give me better progress

2. should I extend before of after JP90? Can I do JP90 all working days and then 2 rest days saturday and sunday? or is other timing better?

3. isn't adding extender too much for beginner?

4. where should i create my progress log?
here in beginner forum?

6.3 inches BPEL
4.7 inches MSEG

goal for 22/11/2025
8 inches BPEL
5.75-6 inches MSEG

In my research and inch in length is somewhat achievable. Inch in girth is very rare. Your goals are not realistic.

The JP90 gets a lot of good press. It is a well established conditioning routine to get the erection in shape for more intense work. Best to do the JP 90 for the full 90 days then start to add on.

Maybe hold off until after the 90 days

Here is just fine.

I like that you have a 5 year goal. Most guys attempt to gain too much too quickly, then they fail and give up.
I have been on the forums a fairly long time now, and the main ingredient for success is careful consistency. Go slow and steady and you will probably make the gains

Welcome!

Good start and good 5 year goal. There a lot of top performers that have achieved that amount of growth over long periods of time.

Stay consistent, make this a part of your life like brushing your teeth, and if something is producing results don’t change it until it stops working.

After reading what Incogneeetoe has said, I must say I agree with him

I would have given the same advice word for word.

1.7 inches in 5 years. It is achievable, you may not get it all but then again you just might.

I like that you are looking at this as a long term plan.
