doing a 30 day experient where i do basic 4 way manual stretches every day
but the catch is im gonna add 1 minute every exercise going all the way to 30 minutes
gonna let u guys know how this progressive overload effect works on me
****************FULL ROUTINE*******************
Left,Right,Straight,Down stretches 1 min each + edging after each session + nofap (no warmup, no warmdown)
day 1: 8 minutes total
day 30: 38 minutes total
