doing a 30 day experient where i do basic 4 way manual stretches every day

but the catch is im gonna add 1 minute every exercise going all the way to 30 minutes

gonna let u guys know how this progressive overload effect works on me

****************FULL ROUTINE*******************

Left,Right,Straight,Down stretches 1 min each + edging after each session + nofap (no warmup, no warmdown)

day 1: 8 minutes total

day 30: 38 minutes total

Nice man i'll check in on your progress.

Have been adding 5min per week for jelqing so am curious to how it works with stretching.

ok did 12 min today AND i swear to god idk if it was a good day but i was damn near 7.5 LOL no troll........ keep in mind i havent really PE in months so idk lets see what happens.... not gonna get too excited

yes u see ! i have rare slinky diseas tat make wee wee go LONGG when not erecsion BUTT when i hard bone i shrink to 7.25 :p but today i measure and it look like 7.35 after my session !! so we see what happens 18 more session to go
